In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

create the ticket and you'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket id

go to this page (https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us) and create an account with the same email you're using on buff.

then, go to https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us/requests/xxxx (remember to change the "xxxx" for your ticket id number, that you can find on the email) and check the status of your ticket.

and, if i'm not wrong, you can upload them there

or you can upload them in the cloud, like drive, and share the link
