Customer Support legit accused me of getting a Steam Wallet code before the policy changed and tried to use it after the policy change based of the screenshot they ask 4 days after responding to me. The truth is I got it after the policy change and used it instantly. And they can't give me a refund because of that when Buff never announce anything about that, Global Steam Wallet Code is one of the most purchased item in the marketplace and they can't announce that some countries wont be able to redeem after the policy change, felt scammed and dissapointed how their customer support deal with this current issue. No point on have a "notifications" tab on the app if they can't announce it on the app so people won't get themselves into this issue. 1500 gone just like that.
