In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

On the top of the BUFF app window, there is a button that says “Premium Page”. Click on that, and you will see an option to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Unsubscribe", check the image below to see how the butons look like.
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve canceled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

It doesn't really matter if it depends on an email arriving, then it's something that's out of scope for the user 🤷 In any case, I think It would be fairer to provide a decent amount of stock instead of relying on the users hunting for months, waking up mid hours and/or "being fast" to claim something they earned. Probably something y'all don't like to read as it's criticism, but it's just my opinion, I've been using Buff for years now and the market wasn't like that at first 🤧

Especially when these restock issues were advertised to be fixed months ago

1- Make sure that your overlay for the game is enabled(Check the gif below to learn how to enable overlays.)
2- Close BUFF and the game
3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
If BUFF starts auto, play a match and see if it works.

i tried restarting both the game and buff and overwolf i didnt try to leve overwolf runing and restarting buff but idk if that could even help

But even that sometimes the startup screen shows up but when you get in a match unrated or whatever there is no in game screen on start or end normally restarting game fix it but sometimes restarting both game and app is the only way
