Hello, When i am playing fall guys i noticed that if i win a crown in fall guys, buff won't recognise any of my games and if i lose a match in the middle buff is recognising my games.This is a serious bug.Help!

Buff is not loading my account!!

1. Did turn off antivirus and reinstalled overwolf and buff !!
2. It was running until all of a sudden it stopped and keep doing the same thing over and over and it does load up when i launch any game but it loads up log in section and when i log in with google or discord or try to make a new account it keep doing the same thing again and again
3. I didn't found a problem same as mine in the whole internet or YouTube or reddit
4. YES! overwolf is working I have insights capture that always capture my kills and all so yes overwolf is working and other apps in it too just buff isn't

I gave an ss of what it looks like when I try to log in!

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
