This means that BUFF and BUFF's support cannot do the following:

-tell you why the ads didn't appear
-tell you when ads will appear again
Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

the headset feeds through the razer software which then outputs as the 7.1 surround sound

valorant also feeds through so there shouldnt be an issue
