the problem is in your "start game" screen, not in OW api, it's quite simple... Buff detects the "warm up" as a map, if you close the "start game" screen there, then the detection does not happen anymore

if you keep the screen open for the entire warm up, then the detection works fine

this is how I know the problem is on buff, if the "start screen" would pop when the actual game begins, this problem would not happen

Yes, I detected a pattern on that behavior, spent lots of hours trying to get to the 3rd reward, and the repeated behavior to make it work, is to leave the start screen anoying you the entire warm up. If the start screen does not appear when you warm up, then close the game, it will not detect. And you should leave it there until the round starts and buff itself closes it

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
