usually, goatman gets heavily counterpicked r1, and despite being able to have a solid performance in his counters, people also opt to pick something else either to waste counterpicks, or due to more confidence in that character/similar or better performance probability.
afterwards, they either keep the counterpicking up or goatman gets banned since later rounds allow bans and the formerly used hunter gets global banned.
or it's just player preference and they're not a goatman specialist but it's less likely (for top/pro teams)
opera and goatman have some character counter overlaps but then you have characters like enchantress
who wipes the floor with goatman but can barely deliver bare minimum at best vs opera
so it's a bit more contextual than opera > goatman or vice versa

Ryzen 5 is around i7 and 3050 is good for casual gaming, nothing shiny, but I would personally prefer something above 6GB, 1TB is also not so bad, you can of course upgrade the hard drive, look for similar model prices, 16gb ram is quite bare minimum

so this is an RTX 3050 which is decent but the 6GB ram seems limiting and heavy games will def struggle Only in high settings though and will most likely reach 70 fps in low settings
