Wu chang has the ability to place his umbrella where he would like to go. This will have the green circle around it prior to if he chooses to teleport or not. If he uses the instant teleport, you wont see that green circle; only the umbrella itself coming at you.

Cheerleader seems kind of difficult to play because you need to learn how to watch a survivor loop and staying close but not too close so you should also be aware of loops you can make around you

i cant really say what map she's best on, since open maps -> you can pompom away; lots of pallets/windows -> you can mindgame

1st, her Motivate (pompom). use the pompoms when you feel you need it (like when in an open/dead area) and transition. run straight to a pallet or window! personally this is why I like using kjr on cheer because then I can vault during her slow-down, and decrease it, even if not much (ofc, you can decide to bring fw or tide instead, both are decent choices! i will elaborate on each later). make sure you have a clear route! try not to run a random direction, you want to know what area you're going to go towards, so by the time the speed boost ends, you don't get slowed at an open area.

Reminder that the pompoms do not make you invincible!! you can still get hit during your animation!! especially be aware of this if you’re on half health, because then you could be wasting the pompom (it would not only cut the speed boost short, but you also used a pompom up for nothing), which would make rebounding harder if you’re in a bad area.

her Inspire ability (reduce cd) reduces her own cd by 30s and for teammates, 20s (iirc). i usually Inspire myself instantly after using a pompom so i can use the next immediately. recently, she got a buff and she is able to view all teammates' cds so that can help you decide when a survivor might need their cds reset! reminder that each survivor, excluding herself, can only be Inspired twice per match!

her Encourage (her skill which gives stacks to teammates)! 25 stacks first revive, then 35, and 40. i recommend staying a good distance away from the survivor you're supporting, because some hunters will hit supporters to limit them from helping the kiter. however, remember that you have to stay within a certain range to support, or it won't let you cheer on them. support after you finished your first cipher!! unless there is a clear reason for it (such as survivor kiting on your cipher)

as for persona:
kjr - unstable ping or you prefer to vault/loop (imo i like kjr more bc it gives more room for kiting)
fw - good ping and timing, can help dodge attacks and certain hunter skills
tide - getting very popular lately! clean rescue, cheer IMMEDIATELY, do not vault, drop pallet, or interact with anything (dont get hit or stop the support either) during this time or the surv will not have enough to revive

it depends on what you prefer more (and, of course, ping)! i've seen a lot bring fw before, and it does work. there's many times where i wish i took flywheel for the match instead of kjr bc it would've helped me more, but i still stick to kjr for cheer Gardener_ISee tide is also great on cheer (as you can get exactly 25 stacks during the time tide is active) however it requires a lot of teamwork and possibly communication (teammate has to bodyblock for lily while she's cheering during tide or it won't work) so it would be trickier to pull off
i just personally like having distance from the hunter and knowing when i am regenerating my pompoms i still have vault speed boosts

From what I can tell cipher as soon as round starts, if a teammate is looping killer then you can choose to support them after they get injured so they can last longer in kite, and you should avoid rescuing on cheerleader?

in many scenarios you should prioritize decoding and finishing your 1st cipher before going over to support! however if the kiter gets close to you, you can always give them a few stacks (or, similarly, if they ask for help and are close enough to you). you can choose to support the moment they get injured, but that will slow down cipher progress, and you will have to be careful of hunter possibly switching targets to you instead

Try working on patrolling and cutting off survivors more than anything. Jack hasn't really changed in terms of gameplay; the chips only make him more forgiving on misses. If you chair someone, check to see which ciphers stop moving and go into the middle but not too far. Your goal is to meet them, hit and go back to chair for the stuff .

If you wait till they get to chair, you get the full foggy, they still get the rescue due to the missed attack recovery. It depends on how youre playing. I can always sit down with you and help out. Been playing jack since 2019. Gardener_ISee
