Independent camera, but I don't despise the default camera. It's on your own choice. But for me, independent camera would be better for map pressure while in chase. Default setting, while good for full presence teleport it's only one thing every 38 s compared to all the entire match that you need to map pressuring.

She's not overpowered nowadays so if you can't map pressure early in the game you can't win and get cipher rushed if you just do normal chase with full kit on your chase (yithian+ivy chase).

Yithian go map pressure, ivy just normal chase until the Yithian's leech cooldown then blink

Default setting will make the ivy face the yithian every switching forms, on chase it may make ivy sway from shorter distance or worse make her stuck on random obstacle

Try to switch two forms every 6-7 s on patrol mode and 3-4 s on chase mode to get the fullest patrol area covered as survivor's trail only lasts a few seconds

Avoiding the hit is always a correct play (unless cypher is primed LOL) remember that gravekeeper has 2 shovels so if you use 1 for kite you still have a 2nd one.
Also, another good thing to do is using the shovel to dash away from the hunter instead of tanking hit with it. It allows you to preserve your shovel for longer and extend your kite.

There isn't really a gameplan for this game. Like me and that other guy told you before this is very unpredictable game, there isn't really one guide what to do step by step.
Just keep playing and you'll notice what works and what doesn't :))
