tierlist is very subjective. something thats only worth using early on for like the first 20 4f and like 10 celepogeans at most. afterwards its a judgement u gotta make urself based on ur roster, the game mode u enjoy etc.

And you'd also have to skew the weighting of each mode based on an account's progression
