There’s no retrying. Each run makes its own separate item that acts like a piece of gear. You can have as many of each collection as you can build, and they will all have different stats. You’re limited by the runs per week

It's like, 0.1 stat difference between level 9 and level 10 - for the ATK/HP/Def%s. But if it has okay substats, it can still work. It depends on the hero. Eventually you'll want all level 10 and stuff, but if it's level 9 or whatever on a utility hero, then you're mostly just using it for the substats and effects anyway.
