Bluetooth is your standard wireless connection but adds delay. Not really noticeable for every day use but I wouldnt recommend it for osu etc as the delay gets quite annoying. 2.4GHz is the better wireless because it has no delay whatsoever but is usually a bit pricier than bluetooth.
In terms of 2.4GHz I can 100% recommend the Steelseries Arctis 7. Within your budget (120 from their store right now), great sound quality, good mic (for a headset) and not too heavy. I had one of those for like 2 years before I ended up swapping to wired inears

It's pretty simple actually. You pick a collection type, then do a run. On your run you'll collect different kind of stat bubbles, and you'll get to upgrade them along the way. At the end of your run you pick 7 stat bubbles out of the ones you collected and they're the ones that go on your collection
