Dims are kinda flexible, so you can try some substitutes and see what works in your region. Teams are region dependent too, since you'll be competing with people around your investment levels.

Instead of Waden team, you can try some Raku-LDV team (two tanks in front, LDV middle back, and any +1 flex support).

For the burst team of Anasta, Vei, Lyca, Mulan, Tamrus --- as long as AAtha is your main damage dealer (instead of Mulan), a lot of different options will work here --- think of heroes that give haste / slow enemies (e.g. Lyca, Zol), or give very early team buffs (e.g. Vei, Tamrus) to get AAtha to rampage.

Abel can kind of still be good without alna, whereas Rem can only make her own team separate from Albedo if she’s with alna

Sounds good. Like I said, it will be hard for someone to suggest the "best" setup just based on box - it's hard to even do it for oneself. Start with what you can based on these general learnings, and ask again with win rates once TS actually starts.

You can use the 3 team and 6 team phases to experiment with some variations. Usually 4 team and 7 team phases are the deciding ones for final rank in most regions.

By far the worst of my 7 teams, I'd be happy with ~20% win rate. But might do better in a younger region (which I presume yours would be). 7th team honestly doesn't matter a lot - it's better to stack your best 4-5 teams, even if that means garbage in 6th and 7th teams.

Monthly sub has decent value to new players. Accelerating bb lvl8, snowballing campaign with extra mercs. Even the gold is nice bc new player struggle to buy out Shop. Same for guild coins, new player can struggle getting 180k/month for t4 stones and tgs, plus need guild coins bc so many things to garrison. For old players, it's not so giod
