This is pretty debuff and box dependent, so hard to suggest full 7t. Better way to get advice is start with a “reasonable” setup, then show your box + current team wrs in an ongoing cycle, and ask for modification suggestions.

For “reasonable” reference, you can use my baseline teams. Given you have AAtha, she can replace Mulan, and you can put Mulan instead of LDV in dims.

Also, if you have a big Seal (lvl 15+), put him in any tanky team, eg instead of Blade Ridge in my ASolise Mishka team.
