commanders buffs are reliant on the small potatoes

so need to delegate(recommend) tasks/objectives and hopefully the small potatoes execute them. that includes deploying

afaik potatoes need to deploy twice, which is during the start of the 2 sessions. failure to do so then they just do random stuff

as for commander battles, i have 1% pvp knowledge so i just copypasta
