strong TS comp in at least 2 debuffs, I even still use him in Ice but it's team 6 which is generally "whatever's left"

Merlin is good for pvp in Ainz but ainz has plenty of subs, plus in TS you can't smart target Merlin's opposite opponent so loses some of his potency. You can do more with LdV unlocking an entire new comp in TS than adding Merlin to Ainz.

The problem with tree is that the first like 47 lvls of each branch are pretty good because the skills get decent upgrades before then, but after that there’s this huge expanse of like 50-60 lvls where the marginal stats you gain are pretty minor in modes like TS. But then after you get above 100, the flat stats start to get relevant to martial rating modes and all of a sudden extra lvls have noticeable effects
