She's squishy, her damage is very inconsistent and inconsiderate, she's selfish, her cc tends not to apply at times to really help her.

She has to hope her attacks all hit the right targets enough to kill them before they pick her off and they don't have the DR or survivability mechanics to take it before she gets run down, and especially here where a lot of her team is squishy and can't do anything without her, and she hurts them on top while the first kill gets a big bonus, she does badly.

It's like, even if she kills 4/5 people on the enemy team, if the main target is still alive and picks her off because of her glass bones, they can end up winning anyway because everyone else just flops around once she dies, and she has no way to really guarantee she'll kill the right person in the first place.

My Anasta is only 303e0 at the moment - is she still usable here? Rest of the team sounds good. If I run 5p instead of cycle, I also have Rowan available as potential frontline.

Looking at something like this right now. Only difference from your suggestion is Luc 5p instead of cycle, but will change that back if you think cycle will do fine in t6/7.
