Some people just go to the haste node and stop without touching the other side nodes and it's the main reason why you engrave them outside of survivability which you get from the Health/Def nodes that you have to pick up along the way. You miss out on that extra 6.2 haste if you stop at e18 as opposed to e33 but it can help.

If you need more survivability and have some room to spare, it might help with the 30% DR to the team at the start, with an additional 20% normal attack damage taken down and 25% damage mitigation as DoTs - and then the haste/DMG Up/ATK Up after.
