Your best bet if you don’t want to rely on the kindness (or unkindness) of strangers is to follow f2p players who rank top 100 in your region or regions near you and see if you can copy some of their teams. People post good teams on this discord a lot as well.

The order you use teams changes from season to season (each season is two weeks) depending on the buff and also there are usually substitutions made based on the specific buff each season
