Salaki seems to be there for the initial passive dr/dmg% - cutting damage taken by 20% and an additional 25% giving cycle the time to get off and making Scarlet even more lethal and then later giving everyone the haste to chain ults better. Closest would be astar for the dr at the start, but you lose the dmg boost/haste Salaki gives.

An uninvested Salaki should still perform similarly but he'd be a lot squishier and the damage mitigation would be less as it's the e60 that clears off the damage whenever Scarlet kills someone and SI30 that gives him extra lives - and Salaki's buff goes away if he dies.
