Honestly, something that might be worth trying is switching out Orthros with Salaki. Orthros' main draw is his ultimate giving aThane free murder time but his energy gain is drastically reduced so he will ult much later, so he'll be a frontline body that reduces enemy haste to help him survive better but having the DR and DMG% from Salaki at the start combined with the DMG/CDA from Haelus could be nice instead. And it would further reduce direct damage aThane takes.

@agile python just a question of ratio 😉 if one is 70 and the other 20, it’s better than one 50 and the other 30. Just try different team on each rotation (2 Times a day)

No, burst is pretty bad, since they can't really burst due to the initial damage-reduction. (If they are well built, they just might be able to grind it out against the random bullshit later though...)
