From my extensive research (lelz), range of servers are around 12-20 per region. The 20 servers were the older regions (1-10 iirc) which makes sense because of attrition

So after 69 splits into 70, I should be split again into 71 in the future

They do have to make sure that the new region has enough people to play and since TS doesn't get unlocked for a few weeks for most players the overloading of servers does somewhat make sense

We can wait and see how they split R69. If you look at R68 for example, they have S950-S961. That's 12 servers. Not sure if they'll follow that again though. One thing I know for sure is that I will stay in R69
