If you need 1 team, Daimon Grezhul Hodgkin Silas Desira.
If you need 2 teams, Daimon Grezhul Hodgkin Silas Desira + Ainz Albedo Arthur Merlin LDV.
If you need 3 teams, Mishka Grezhul Hodgkin Silas Desira + Ainz Albedo Arthur Merlin LDV + Daimon Mortas Rowan Ezizh Twins.
For boss floors, use GB.
Ainz - avoid Solise
GB - avoid Kren, avoid super healing shield combo enemies (eg. Nemora + Numisu + Pippa etc), avoid Satrana
Cycle - avoid invade, avoid Silas
Credits to Jason2 for these teams and strategies.

This is kinda like PVP, the less developed your heroes are, the more it will suck for you and you won't be able to get as far. The 3 overarching themes for 3 teams are GB, AAA, and Cycle. If you don't have heroes that I mentioned, try to replace them with heroes that will allow the team to still have their overarching themes.

I personally always choose the easier path (always check combat ratings even if you see 1 purple and 1 blue battle), even choosing an unneeded heal/revive instead of fighting 1 blue battle.
I also try to take significantly higher combat rating relics even if the effect isn't really what I want.
Don't go into the Blessing of the Twins, Vexing Realm, Gladiator's Realm portals.

the first level is kinda cheap so i imagine it'd be helpful if you're resetting a lot and buying tickets along those resets cause the first stage can be really scary without energy, but if you're only doing a couple runs a week and waiting for upgrades most of the time without trying to push leaderboard or whatever, it does much less for you

also the class beacons are too important and way too expensive when scaling to the essence-thing rate later

bit disappointed in all my runs still cant reach 140 or 150, tank 21 mage 23 support 22.

was expecting with 15 heroes it would improve but somehow still end matching it not entirely well and end up losing 1 or 2 heroes.
