Is there any way to know for sure where faction bonus falls in the equations? I know the trait enhancer bonuses come after a lot of % bonuses and make them kinda meaningless (like pets), but I can't think of how to actually find out

Just cleared to 240 on my first rift.. I've got 8 rank 3 chests and I'm torn on what to use. My brain says baits.. but I've only got two 9/9 furniture(Alna/Lucretia and a few 3/9) and only have 4 heroes at SI30 (Scarlet, ABelinda, Rowan and Raku - have enough to do another and debating Alna or Albedo - but started too late for Rem/Emilia and don't have JOA/Merlin yet due to time gates). I'm currently stalled on Chapter 35 until I get the furniture up/Gear up.. should I prioritize the long game and push to get my pet res up?

Once I've gotten as far as my box and bad beacons can get me, I just use all my restarts and push as far as I can. I don't use rewinds unless it's a really good run. This one is going to be a keeper, I'll likely just hit the brakes if I hit a wall and wait for more enhancer now though.

In short, the chance to cc the enemy, depend on 2 stats
Insight (IS) and Tenacity (TY)
If the enemy have TY stats exceed IS stat
For every 1 point, they will have 2% more chance to resist it
Example:
Your hero w 50IS cast a cc skill
The enemy is 60 TY
So the chance to resist it is (60-50)*2% = 20%
Now why this is important
The higher the floors, the higher TY stat the enemy is
Till the point that your hero can't cc them, thus extremely danger
That's why start from 261, it's basically a nightmare with f2p due to Trait Enhancer diff (it have IS stat as well)

If you're getting stalled out by Lucius then you're definitely lacking dmg and higher trait would be the easiest way to help

In order to always be able to start at floor 1 to maximize the number of beckoning places you get, start a run at floor 1 then immediately exit, go to memory rewind and hit the save button on it. Then later you can come back to that save even when the game wouldn't let you restart at lvl 1.
If you already pushed past 100, you will have to restart, possibly many many times, and the game will slowly let you restart at lower and lower floors. Every 7 restarts at your lowest floor will let you go lower again

Yeah basically think of stability as extra lives. If characters die, lose lots of hp, or the fight takes a long time, you lose more extra lives. If you clear it fast with no deaths you won’t lose any stability

Cc is bad in Rift. Enemies get too much ty and you don't get enough is to counterbalance. So fera bad. Since raku need teammate to cc, raku bad. And since it's auto you can't control raku ult so his dps go down. Rosa is slow. Lucy needs teammates to die in order to work and you don't want teammates to die in Rift. Lyca in my experience just doesn't contribute enough. Yen might be OK, just not the best options from Dim faction

You passively gain the red essence stuff over time and you can use that to upgrade the trait enhancer which gives your units basically all their stats in this mode
So you can always just wait a while, add some lvls to trait enhancer, and push through walls that way
and you can end your run and make new teams, but you will lose the mercenary characters you picked up from the Beckoning Place floors

If you're stuck in Floor 90, my setup was asolise m20si, mishka m+ 20si , scarlet m+ 20 Si rem ascended 20si, anasta m+ below 20si, took two times, rem + anasta + mishka combo is why it works, scarlet just damage from afar and asolise for healing.

My comps for last 20 floors. From strongest to weakest, kind of. Badges are axe, cloud, meteor, armor and ring. Not the best, but I kept the first run because of the beckons. Beckons are Sonja, veithael and naroko. Beacons are 50 trait, 1 lb/mauler, 1 gb/wilder, 3 LD and 3 NL. Oh, and 1 stabamp for the extra stab trick (thanks again myu)

ALyca is good in rift. Not ABelinda good, or at least I couldn't find yet a comp as good as ABelinda's. I really like her with rem. Rem ult becomes very strong with her buffs

if you restart 7 times to 21, then all your memory rewinds will be below lvl 100 and it'll let you restart at 1. In the future read the pins for how to save a lvl 1 memory to come back to

Red ones are beckons. Those comps are far from perfect but the one with aBel and Dims (Was using Rem instead of Mae there) worked like VERY well. Also if the Scarlet + Wilders would have better Nevi, team would do even better. So far level 300 beaten with level 68 buff. For team with GB + Alna + LDV main thing was having level 9/10 Seal, because team lacks damage pretty badly.

In order to always be able to start at floor 1 to maximize the number of beckoning places you get, start a run at floor 1 then immediately exit, go to memory rewind and hit the save button on it. Then later you can come back to that save even when the game wouldn't let you restart at lvl 1
