trait50 is where a massive price hike happens, so going further is low value, esp when u get <2% stats and enemies have 10x our HP - such a small change when enemies still have a massive stat advantage that we can never overcome or get close to, even with trait100.
trait 50 has been proven to work for f2p if they invest in LD/NL as well.
more ppl have succeeded with LD/NL than those who didn't use it.
if you're getting swept, rewind and choose a better matchup.

after reading those convos, i think this is the best one :
if ur heroes are strong enough u can stay in trait 50 and focus on LD/NL, else u can go trait 6x, because i saw some of my friends get to f300 with trait 6x as well.
Staying alive is essential yes, but LD losses and no flora is a problem too. Nothing is perfect.

if you wanna get really technical about it, Rift is just like campaign in that any given team will not be optimal for two floors in a row- there will be some specific heroes and position that will most efficiently CC the enemy comp etc.

you dont need to play that way to reach floor 300, though.

Ring is in an awkward place for me. it's good with ASol, but ASol is usually used with Scar, and Scar's best choice is Sweeping Tide
it's good with Waden but Waden doesn't actually summon that often and frost's CC is pretty nice
if I ran waden gb's, then the addition of grez gives Ring a lot more value

Axe and Tide are pretty broken, but Tide is best on ranged dps where Scar is further backline than ABel so it tends to be better on her.
Boulder is basically tailor made for ABrutus, but also good if u run Astar/Haelus

Baden great at dealing with annoying casters like isa. Rem gbs great for backline dive like athalia and cecilia. Belinda for immune heroes and just hard teams in general. Dims great at just living usually

Vei30 does the same thing he does on any team. he's an atk/dodge buffer and has some sub-dps capabilities

granted ABrutus and Ana can't dodge anything

not sure about your third team, ive never used raku or lucretia. hopefully you can scrape together something that works.

later on you will wanna use the Ring of Dominion badge with asol comp if possible
