You could probably replace him with a support like desira. Also, this is my first timing using Fane, so I’m not sure what he does without the e60 fear. These are the replacements I picked with my extra 5 slots

The Alna-Eorin team is the only one that gave me any trouble but I think I only used 15-20 rewinds from 600-700

When selecting rewind, there should be a menu to rewind just 1 team or all teams.

Update: Floor 667, Might/Tank/Support, Tested with beacons (87/85/87), 32 Badges - No Zol, L Solise, L Abel
Alna ABel(white ball) - 0 Mage, Strong under the right circumstances, Rosa on ABel(energy regen badge), position ABel to avoid heroes which can directly debuff/affect her on opening and it's an easy win - so place on the opposite side of Estrilda, Vurk, Eironn, Lyca, Satrana etc.
Waden Cycle - 0 Celerity, avoid bursty teams, avoid Lyca completely, expect a few casualties every so often
Wutus Invade - Place Wutus on the same side as the most dangerous backline enemy(usually mages like Skriath, Isabella), Skreg/Anasta swap positions depending on matchup - positioning is critical to ensure units don't die, needs Skreg to go into enemy half asap
Solise Silas Salaki (winged) - Very strong, Haelus opening cube on Solise, free win against GBs
Geralt Dims(blade) - Free win
Still experimenting with subs.
Try order: Alna ABel = Waden Cycle > Wutus Invade > SSS > Geralt Dims
