at a good pushing pace, going back 5 floors will cost you upwards of 30-40 rewinds, and I use all 7 attempts every week.

No idea, I've never tried rangers. But someone used that setup to 500 at 7x beacons. You could try it - at worst it'll cost you 1 attempt and some rewinds.

I think the realm of exploration badge offer is specific, but -2 badges is just a general rule of thumb. At ~380 you can start with partial 26 when fighting 27 badges, and I think full 26 when fighting 28's.

Ainz, Cycle, GB, ATalene, Scarlet with a lot of small variations you can try.

Currently at 580, the 5th team arguably my worst, Treznor for Daimon would be much better, Cec can sub Hogh for some stages, in team 3 Hendrik can sub Luc, since Aw Thane is usually quite capable of handing pretty much everything on his own, team 1 super strong if Orthros and Kren at full energy, team 2 Talene cycle with Mortas shuts down even enemy Desira+Silas, team 4 standard, just make sure Haelus isn't frontline, other 4 can tank fine
