So, for those who are intrested. I adjusted a few things for my hero concept. I adjusted Lvl 3 of the Ult & exchanged 1 skill.

Zahhak, the Keeper of Time (INT, Hypogean)
Born on the Square of Times of the attempts of those who dared to take on time and tried to overcome it, Zahhak has always been in search of those who still do not bow down. He is a demon, born of time itself with only one goal: the annihilation of those who dare to disturb the flow of time. His anger is boundless and he does not rest until every creature has been destroyed that dares to shake the linear movement of time or even tries to change it altogether.
His current destination is the last descendant of the Covendust family, who created a place where time is meaningless. Driven by the restoration of the order of time, Zahhak is restlessly searching for the young magician to hold him accountable and subject him to the flow of time. Because nobody can escape her. Nobody.

Alternated Timeflow (Ultimate)
Temporarily alters an random ally's destiny for 4 seconds, delaying any healing or damage taken until Alternated Timeflow ends. Lvl 4 (181): Defense Rating is reduced by 8%, up to 40%.

Black Hole
Zahhak targets the strongest enemy for 3 seconds, creating a time and space vortex that pulls surrounding enemies towards the targets. The ability has a center and outer ring, where enemies in the outer ring gets slowed and enemies in the center become unable to casts spells.
Lvl 2 (121): Black Hole's center now also disables autoattacks.
Lvl 3 (201): Black Hole reduces HP exponentially the closer enemies move to the center, draining 20% current HP in the outer ring and 10% max. HP in the center.

Mark of Time
Zahhak targets an enemy hero, cursing his lifetime by placing a mark on him. The mark is charged by every allied autoattack. Each normal attack places a stack on the mark, up to a total of 50 stacks. After 10 seconds or once the stack limit has been reached, the target is dealt 5% damage per stack (up to 250% damage).
Lvl 2 (141): Once the mark is triggered, it leaves behind an area, slowing nearby enemies and giving Haste to allies for 3 seconds.
Lvl 3 (221): Limit is increased to 350% and stacks add 7% damage to the mark.

I like the idea of a time keeper type character but find it interesting that a hypogean is so concerned with preserving the timeline. Could you explain in the background maybe a little more why he chooses to preserve time? To me, I would’ve imagined the hypogeans preferring chaos, not order. Also, you refer to your char as a he and as a she, idk if that was done purposefully or just a typo.

As for the skills tbh compared to most other OCs I’ve seen so far they actually seem quite underpowered

For example the ult just basically acts as a 4 sec Brutus immunity but then if they take any damage they still receive it at the end. Even though healing is doubled during that 4 sec it’s dependent on receiving any healing at all which may not even happen in those 4 sec. The removal of negative status effects, does that mean that any of the negative status effects received are negated until the end of the 4 sec period, and then removed, or that the char experiences the negative status effect during the 4 sec but then they are removed at the end of the skill? It’s a little unclear to me.

I think for the ult anyways you can lengthen the time period to maybe 5 sec initially then up to 7 sec at a higher level. 4 seconds is pretty low. Also you can definitely haste for longer than 3 sec lol. I think most char haste are 10sec + for their skills

Wither is solid, it seems like a really good skill to me

The black hole skill is also really cool and I think you can make it last a little longer actually like 4-5 seconds and also maybe those affected by it can’t dodge?

As for mark of time 50 stacks seems excessive to me. Idk if it’s doable in 10 seconds or if a hero can even survive that many attacks usually except for like Shem and saveas lol

I’d suggest making it 30 stacks max, with 8% damage per stack initially and 10% damage later. And again haste can be increased for a longer period of time

same thing about mark of time, reduce the number of stacks maybe between 20 to 30 like Goroshia said
those skills make him kind of god like, and a killing burst machine, unless you have him as a super squishy target for ennemy mobs

his ult would also be a double edged sword, meaning you should technically only use this hero with healers since you get more damage than healing most of the time, or combining with a hero that can shield other heroes to reduce damage like grezhul or lucian... are you taking into account the hp regen as well ?

In my book, one of my characters was heading out to somewhere while other characters were negotiating with others

That negotiation and the character’s thoughts while listening was filler that developed the characters

And then when she got there was where it got interesting

It was still important but it was still filler

And I want it to be a celestial, but I don't feel like there is enough information about the celestial's lore to make one. Athalia was ascended, but did she die first, or what? The character idea I have would be Athalia's daughter (ideally) and the one who gave Mikeal (the dawn bringer) his gift in music. But would dura have angels? Maybe being ascended has an amnesia effect?
