really depends on level + tree investment, I'd say you could push a bit, Use Grez instead of Brutus (Grez with Eye), and make sure to Ascend Silas as well 🙂

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong with Grez, but he dies off pretty quick on the frontline - what's a typical non-Alna GB comp placement? Is it just standard:
Oden/Fera

For next GB, I started ascending Thoran assuming I'd want to start working on the cheese comp - when does Thoran start getting used?

My tree is just lvl 31 right now (Sus/Tank = 15, Cele = 21), following the recommended tree build in the pins.

Yeah, for GB you'd probably need a Silas to keep Grez alive, because Grez on himself doesn't have that high of a survivability apart from his shield, also a replacement for Alna is Mishka but she needs 9f to proc her ult immediately after one of her wolves die
As for Thoran, you won't find any use for him in the near future because he relies on high deficits, but it's good to have him early on and him not being a burden later 🙂

Question is vague, but what I can see in the screenshot is not good - you should not be ascending heroes to Legendary unless you have multiple copies for them (4 for Daimon/Rowan or 8 for most others), and generally good d to ascend someone only when you have enough to take them straight to Mythic or Ascended tier. Also, your 3 heroes in the back are not really early priorities.

There are very good beginner guides in the pinned messages in #classic-questions channel, i suggest reading those in detail first.

You are super early game (like me). You need to look at the beginner's guides pinned in #classic-questions. I specifically recommend Phoenix's, since it has the correct meta on it. It may be a bit confusing at first, but the primary take away at your level is to focus only on the 5 fodder heroes shown in the bottom left. Make sure your wishlist is set according to what is shown in the top left. You can reset all progress on all of your heroes so far so you can get pretty much all of those resources back. That's what I would recommend doing. When your 5 fodder heroes are ascended to Legendary+ and levelled all the way up, you can start focusing resources on other heroes. In the meantime, you can use some of those heroes by using the Resonating Crystal: just place your 5 fodder in the crystal (since they should be your highest level heroes) and any heroes you specify at the bottom will automatically get the level of the lowest level hero in your crystal.

I'm relatively new too, so I can't give you a lot of help on team comps. Just that you should focus your development on those 5 fodder heroes. At the beginning, you'll find that just levelling them up helps you past most blocks you run into. Your team comps are going to come mostly from your resonating crystal and those 5 fodder heroes. If you are running into trouble, post the team you're going against and whatever heroe's you have available (like you did above) to get help with whom you should put in your resonating crystal for help.

Hello everyone, i'm actually struggling at level 9-12 (Niru legendary+, Isabella mythic+, 2 dreaf and 1 Steixius) in the campaign (yup, i'm not that far^^), the problem i get is that i can't kill the first line before Isabella kill everyone. You should be looking at Phoenix's guide for the hero meta. The ideal is to build the 5 fodder heroes mentioned in it. You definitely want to avoid using resources on your other heroes until you have all the copies of them you need to fully ascend them (even if you don't have all the fodder you need for it). It seems like your early enough in the game that resetting and starting fresh with the guide to help will probably benefit you greatly. FWIW, I did the same thing as you and I'm very glad I reset.

Yes. That's the one everyone keeps pointing to as having the correct meta on it. At the very least the wishlist and the recommended first 5 fodder heroes are correct. That's where I'm at right now. I've got all but one of those 5 fodder heroes at L+ and am working on leveling them all up. After that, I think it's more of a game of chance where you wait until you have the 8 copies of the Elite heroes (or 4 copies of the resulting E+ heroes if you want). Once you have the requisite copies, then you push them. If you have multiple heroes with enough copies, then I think it would be time to start asking folks on here more questions about priorities of who you push how far before working on others.

You'll want to consult the beginner's guides pinned to #classic-questions. I specifically recommend Phoenix's, since it has the correct meta on it. It may be a bit confusing at first, but the primary take away at your level is to focus only on the 5 fodder heroes shown in the bottom left. Make sure your wishlist is set according to what is shown in the top left. You can reset all progress on all of your heroes so far so you can get pretty much all of those resources back. That's what I would recommend doing. When your 5 fodder heroes are ascended to Legendary+ and levelled all the way up, you can start focusing resources on other heroes. In the meantime, you can use some of those heroes by using the Resonating Crystal: just place your 5 fodder in the crystal (since they should be your highest level heroes) and any heroes you specify at the bottom will automatically get the level of the lowest level hero in your crystal.

Help pls. My Daimon stopped carrying at this stage. Feels like my frontline dies like melted butter except when abrutus get some dodge. (which then also died like butter)
