I think you might be levelling your Heroes in the wrong order and we need to start reconstructing some concepts you have about the game

Mauler: Brutus doesn't need to be at A. He works up to Ch30+ at E/E+. You should be working on Kren, Skriath, Skreg and Tidus. Kren especially since he's the best Mauler carry.

Wilder: Lyca doesn't need A. She works at E+. Lorsan is alright. Work on Raku +30 definitely. After that work on Mishka and get Pippa to M.

Graveborn: Ooh boy. You're missing Oden and Ferael mainly. The best GB carry in the game and the best GB Support. You skipped both lol. Should prolly get to that.

I don't know much about Celepogeans but you should at least have E Twins > E Mortas > E+ Twins > A Lucretia > A Alna > 1* Lucretia for Gazing.

Grez works at SI Lv20. Word of advice for the future, only level SIs 10 by 10. Levels 10, 20 and 30 unlock additional effects while the in-between levels provide nothing but a bit of stats.

This Dismal Descent PoT is so annoying, even if you clear every camp and get good relic RNG you're still like half the power of boss camps, at best. Any tips? I'm using rental PoP. Someone suggested Shemira/Lucretia but I've rented both and they're garbage compared to PoP.

Idk all I can say is try to maximize crit, dodge and haste, and select relics so they mostly benefit luc. Luc is best with Dual Divinities artifact (unless in luc 5pull), and Brutus will prevent accidents. Another nice thing is that Silas makes A-talene continue to regenerate even after everyone is dead, as long as Silas's healing cloud is still active. At the end of the day, I Merced 2 lucs and brute forced all of the PoTs

Oh and cc relics are amazing

You stargaze. Stargazing is in a tab next to where you summon heroes. For 10 pulls you need 5k diamonds (or 10 stargazer cards) and for 1 elite hero you need about 50 pulls each time. That means to ascend Lucretia you'll need to pull about 400 times, totalling 200k diamonds

There isn't a perfect lineup, but with what you have, I'd generally go with something like

Daimon

Arthur
Rowan/Silas/Nemora
Lyca/Lucius
Oden/Fera/Rosa

It really comes down to the matchup

Try Lyca for Grez, and then swap out Grez for Oden. More CC might help stall Tasi

It's easier to see your roster if your second screenshot is of your hero box.
I'd try swapping Rowan and Rosa, since Rosa is gonna run to Scarlet anyways. Having Rowan in range of your carry helps your carry ult faster. You can also try Fera instead of Lyca, for more CC instead of haste, because both Isa and Mira can nuke your team

The ascension process for a 4-skill hero is this:
E -> E+ -> L -> L+ -> M -> M+ -> A
E -> E+, L -> L+, and M+ -> A are always safe to do, there is no downside.
Going from E+ to L is a significant investment of resources (40% of the fodder required to go from E to A), so we discourage doing it unless you have the 8 copies of a hero required to get to A. If that's confusing you, I recommend looking at the pinned guides in #classic-questions, especially the visual guide by Phoenix and Bok's early game guide

Yeah, making heroes L without being able to take them further is a poor use of resources. Early on, you want to hyper-focus a few powerful heroes and ignore the rest. I'm in chapter 28 now, and I only have 4 Ascended heroes and 1 Mythic. 0 L or L+, the rest are just E+ or E

If Daimon dies before he can do real damage, replace Ferael and get another tank in front of him. In my experience it's better to put tank and Daimon in front of Estrilda cos they can survive the charge. I'm pretty sure Oden dies the moment Estrilda charges.

But it doesn’t really matter in early chapters, since you don’t have proper end game team built. Your priority is buying time for your daimon to damage in early chapters

Ferael, Nara, or even eironn. Use whatever support you could to disturb opponent heroes like Tasi/Isabella/Safiya etc at early chapters.
