Please help for the last stage in Ch15. I managed to crawl the stages slowly by shuffling my backline heroes around the following: Arden, Eironn, Lyca, Oden, Nara, Silas.

I just swap them and see which works, but right now nothing works so I wonder if there's something else I can do to make the line-up better? Or there's really nothing I can do but wait to level-up?

Progression also depends on whether you're lucky enough to pull a Daimon or not. But yeah follow the guide and change your stuff accordingly. From what I saw you didn't even claim your free Wukong so go do that

@worldly apex Silvina guns it for Rowan and he lasts around 3 hits, then she usually hits Brutus a bit along with Estrilda and Kaz (Lyca dies on Estrilda's first charge), long enough for Daimon to Ult and if Silas doesn't get Crit by Raine or Silvina he pops one Ult off (always on Daimon) and maybe survives for a bit longer to heal Daimon.

Daimon usually kills Hogan, very rarely kills Silvina/Estrilda. I'm not sure if Raine has immune but regardless Daimon would be too weakened to survive Kaz who seems to always Crit and one-shot him? Either that or I'm unlucky.

Around the same results with Thoran replacing Brutus. Thoran fears Silvina/Kaz mostly, Hogan too I think. And he's surprisingly more consistent in letting Silas Ult Daimon instead of himself/Brutus, but the problem is usually Daimon not snowballing hard enough or early enough. He kills Hogan and gets stunlocked by Estrilda. If he kills Estrilda/Silvina he dies to Kaz and Raine. His Blood Shield isn't absorbing enough stats which leads me to believe the solution is +20. It seems less of a gamble than going out of my way to Ascend Ferael/Oden

@worldly apex Thoran's too isolated if you mean the top back slot. He dies away from everyone and his Fear doesn't affect anyone. Silvina still targets Rowan, and since there's no other FL to aggro her, Silvina goes straight for Daimon. And for some weird reason Silas ends up Ulting Thoran more often which isn't what I want

Disastrous. Twins are offered up as sacrificial units and don't do anything cause of Silvina. The rest just die horribly to Estrilda lol

It's the fact that Estrilda stunlocks Daimon - making it so that Daimon can't do anything as soon as Estrilda gets near him unless Daimon's somehow strong enough to either fend off everyone while he's stunned or make quick work of Estrilda.

I can't keep Estrilda away from Daimon for long enough for him to snowball

I know we need at least 1 healer most of the time, Silas especially helps a lot. You have either Desira or Rowan so I suggested those
I know Daimon frontline is best early game, but Lyca can also be used as a sacrifice, hence Lyca frontline. Daimon loves Call for more ults
I suspect faction advantages matter a bit for tanks early game (this is not the case as you progress into mid and late game), and I saw that Hogan was already top, so I guessed that was the case
I have a list of good supports in my guide pinned in #classic-questions, I picked Morrow because he seemed pretty good so far, there are 2 high DPS enemies in this stage, he could help charm one of them

So I just returned to the game about 2 weeks ago and decided to do my research this time, and very quickly realized how much time I invested in very, very dumb moves. Virtually all of my heroes are stuck at Legendary and Mythic. I managed to get 3 ascended heroes and I've followed any applicable advice from the beginner guides but I'm at a loss as how to fix the rest. Am I SOL? Any suggestions for keywords to search the discord to look for tips? I just got to ch20 so I'm hoping the fact that I'm still moving will help me farm fodder and draws...

Notes

Alna - 9 deserves red cards but the problem is that she's usually the second celepog for beginners (Lucretia is usually first to be done). This means you'll only get her to Ascended after about 1 year of playing, hence her "low" priority.
If you eventually gain an interest in competitive AE (Top 100 ranks) and/or PVP, ask other people for recommendations. This guide does not focus on those.

the advantage is that you wouldnt be competing with older players so you'd do better in case u ever get into PVP far down the road. getting to where u are probably takes a month at least (which imo, isnt a long time)

Any Advice for 37-28 Fight 4? I'm trying this with Thoran currently deficit is 210.
I'm not doing anything against Tidus. Best try so far. Killed 4 enemies with Thorans first ult. Afterwards Tidus jumps in the air during Thorans second Ult and is killing my Thoran after his landing.
Currently I've unequipped all 9 mythic furniture. Results are the same. Also tried switching artifacts or unequip some equipment. Results are the same.
Any Advice? Or is it just RNG? If yes, this is currently the worst Thoran RNG stage for me.

It's always the same that Tidus is getting so little damage and is killing my Thoran.
Equipment for Thoran is normally T2 Weapon, T2 Boots, T0 Helmet, Elite Breastplate.
Currently fortitude tree is at lvl 27 if this matters.

teams are not fixed, each stage might need different supports or tanks. my guide explains what a Daimon team generally looks like
but for now your options are limited until u pull more heroes, so yea if smth isn't working, just swap the positions of the 2 frontliners and positions of 3 backliners, dont bring the backliners into the frontline

For beginners regarding ascending fodder and Smart Ascend

You'll want to ascend one E+ fodder at once, instead of ascending 1 fodder to E then waiting to ascend another E of the same fodder (exception: when you already have an E fodder, most likely from stones). This is because you risk feeding R+ of the same fodder to itself when it could've been used to make another E; you'd have to wait longer to rebuild the same R+ fodder if you accidentally do that.

When you're concentrating on 1 particular fodder to ascend, for example Arden since he has strong cc, you'll want to prioritise ascending 2 E+ Arden first. After doing that, you can stop worrying about it and just ascend one E+ fodder at once.
If you don't prioritise Arden, you may end up in a scenario where Smart Ascend keeps suggesting non-Arden fodder and you may end up with, for example, 3x E+ Ira and 1x E+ Arden. You won't be able to get L+ Arden that way.
Auto Ascend is always safe to use.

You want to build fodder (the ones who start at rare/blue) to level and put the a tier heroes on your resonating crystal. From what you have Oden and rowan and thoran are quite good. Toss those onto your crystal

Also check the pins in #classic-questions and look at the beginner guides to get an idea of the basics. It can seem overwhelming but you can't overstate how much it helps

Make sure you set your wishlist from the visual guide (if you haven't already) in those pins, you get a ton of diamonds and scrolls in the early game and want to be targeting better heroes

As in stopped being useful/good. He's usually a carry until level 100 and then generally you switch to something like mirael as a carry from there

That's a decent layout. Try it and you may just have to move heroes around depending on each level, you get a feel for that over time
