Firstly, do not make every so gle hetoe that you can legendary. Save heroes at elite + nvm what, and Only ascend one by one each faction.

Rowan is like the only one okay, the others shouldn't be legendary yet. Not for now.

You should get more copies of daimon I guess and ascend daimon, rowan, you need a tank, Brutus works e +when you need, I would get Saurus tbh as first wilder ascended, and we'll, safiya I guess that she's okay to ascend for eironn team later

@stray lintel I'd take Shemira off since your main damage will come out of Daimon. Here's a replay I found at https://afkhelper.nax.is/campaign.php?chapter=28&stage=58 you can search more. Ideally you'd want Eironn or Ferael, but you have the main heroes such as Daimon and Rowan.

@dry shale don't put heroes to L if you can't put them to L+ (for example nemora is sitting there doing nothing). Doing for Shemira makes sense, since she's your carry. Keep leveling her to lvl 140. If Lucius dies before ulting, use Brutus instead. The only thing that you could change, is you could try and aim for 3 faction bonus. You could use Nemora instead of Rowan, or Belinda instead of Tasi/Lyca. Belinda will buff Shemira attack, that's all she's there for. You have a few options, but if the team you have right now works, don't change it. Keep all your Graveborn fodder for Shemira. Also you can read the guide pinned in #classic-questions it'll help u

Im new as well, but here's what I learned :
Only use heroes that start off as blue for leveling fodder. You need most of the natural rares (also called Ascended tier) for later. This is the "Optimal" way to play the game.
Focus on Shemira early - you'll get a bunch of copies for free, so she is easily going to carry you for the first couple of weeks at least.
I recommend spending your faction specific scrolls on Graveborn (the 4 factions rotate daily, just wait until its Graveborn). They have good heroes and you will need the fodder for Shemira anyway.
Don't overbuild one faction. It's a lot harder to level ascend heroes later, especially if you are leveling multiple heroes in one faction
Focus on your top 5 heroes in terms of leveling up. Spending resources on others is not necessary as you will be able to lvl them up (kind of) to your 5th lowest for free on the crystal
Find a newbie guild in #guilds It will be a lot easier to ask questions there 🙂

Most of this is correct. A lot of the early progression is explained in the guides pinned in #classic-questions . I disagree with Shemira. There are way better carry options out there past hero lvl 160. Shemira falls off hard and is basically useless in the endgame, except for TR (where you can just merc her). She should never be on your wishlist, but if you got unlucky and Shemira really is your only choice, best thing to do is garrison an Ainz and link him. @shadow marten

Ascending, as in she's M+ now? Best early to midgame carry option is Daimon, followed by Ainz and Eironn. It can vary a lot depending on your heores

@fervent parrot you will probably just need to grind out some levels. Try doing side stuff like Peaks of time, they are pretty easy if you can borrow a 5 star Ainz from a friend.
Other than that, I usually max my carry hero and only lvl the others when I can't invest in it anymore, but it really depends on your lineup and I don't really know how most of your heroes perform at that lvl
