well the main reason is that you won't be able to preform well in game modes and that will very heavily slow your progression

if you want to play competitively or just casual and make progress at a good rate then i'd recommend restarting since you'll pass wherever you are now much faster than if you just stayed on that account

I would recommend looking at what others have been using, when you look at the 4/8/12 and so on stages, its hard to recommend teams and at times you might need different utility depending on what you are up against, you might not have all the heroes people have been using, but then you can substitute with one you have built.

Yeaaa Oden is a good option. However, you have Ivan, Randle, Simona, Bronn at 8+ copies so they're out from the heroes to grit to. Gritting him to another faction means you lose out on 10 E+ GB fodder which is kinda bad, but if you're fine with that then you can grit him to Jerome > Misha > Villanelle or something

You wont get much use from Villanelle and Misha rn but they're both good

so if you have 12 eorins and 1 randle you can grit into 12 randles and 1 eorin
