What's the SI/engraving/furniture like on your rem Ivan, check out those on the guys you copied too maybe they had an advantage you don't have
Trying different pets/collections could be of use too
Then try changing hero positions or heroes themselves like atheus might be a good tank vs some of these even if it's not in formations

you need some frontline. Brutus, Atheus, Thoran are good options.

Nara is good for pulling in enemies and faction bonus

A "standard" rem team to get to ch 31 is brutus atheus front ivan rem lyca/emi/nara back.. can still work past ch31 even tho I sometimes use ivan front with brutus if i wanna put atheus in another team, and put another support in there.. ashem basically carried the team she is in, u can add liberta and aathalia in there, likely overkill.. maybe can consider aathalia or lib with rem to balance the teams

For 3 teams i put atheus and lib in in 3rd team and ashem carried the 2nd team
