Alright I will help because astolfo is cute af, you should prio getting Ivan from normal summons and liberta from stargaze. You will also want to slowly build Palmer, Jerome, Narako, Aethus. You also want to garrison rem and emilia.

You have a lot of legend heroes. When you make legend heroes you spread your fodder making it more difficult to progress/ascend your heroes.

The difference between Elite to Legend isn't big, so its definitely not worth doing. There's only small exceptions for those that are worth getting to "Mythic" such as rowan and daimon, otherwise you never even start ascending at mythic

I would personally restart. The account has many faults that are unrecoverable and follow the pinned guide in #classic-questions where it explains the ideal way to progress.

I dont know how the pinned can be any more clear than it is.. I mean it is written to only lvl fodders and dont make many L+ heroes.. there is even a screenshot showing a bad account with many L heroes as example..just like yours..

At the start you try to lvl 5 fodders just because they are easier to get than the rest.. as you said you are gonna save non fodders as E+ at best.. general rule is to not ascend any hero unless you can bring him to A, so until you have 8 copies of them. Some heroes can be an exception, like daimon as its written in the guide. Fodders can be leveled up to 160 and once you reach that cap you will start to take out and reset the fodders and replace them

1st priority is to get rem from the garrison so dont spend coins in the store

Basically, if you ascend one unit to L/M, they are stick in a still somewhat unusable state until you get the copies for ascended. Depending on luck you may never see those copies, but you just wasted all of your fodder on a unit that you could have used on one that you have all 8 copies to get to ascended

If it doesn't work, just run the other contents to get resources and improve your characters. Ascend your real heroes instead of only ascending food, focus on one hero of each faction at a time, invest all your resources on Rem, and you should be able to reach high 20s with ease
