you should take your shemira out of the crystal and have her be one of the main 5 since shes mythic

you might want to try making another account tho. now is better than any other time and you'd get back to chapter 11 way faster with what you know about the game

you can run mishka, daimon, rowan, lyca, and izold but you'll want to swap in tasi, nara, oden, ezizh, lorsan, eironn as needed

ok few things you should do here, your Daimon at E+ is holding you back so go ahead and take him to Mythic using your GB L+ fodder

next you can level Daimon more than everyone else, so once you do that ascension, go ahead and level him 20-40 levels higher than the rest of your team

so because you've been around for a while I'm not giving you an exact lineup cause you should be learning how to compose lineups at this point, but I will give you tips on how to compose it

1. estrilda and mirael are the problem chars in that comp, you have nara for CC for mirael which is good, but estrilda can burst down your team quickly, so you should look to cc her (eironn and oden are good frontline CC)
2. there is no assassin in that comp so it's safe to run mages (such as oden)
3. daimon should not be hit by estrilda, so you should see where estrilda goes (especially after Oden uses his skill)
4. rowan's potion cart heals allies in its range, so you should put him near Daimon. Rowan can frontline due to his immunity skill and dodge
5. lyca's haste is good but you'll have to decide if it's worth running her, oden for the CC, or Nara for the CC as they're all competing for team slots here other than Daimon and your main tank (thoran) other possibilities include Fearel if he can cast, Tasi if she can dimensional teleport the right person, or Izold as a tank instead of Thoran

play around with those ideas and I'm sure you'll figure it out

you can levle up daimon to about 20 levels above everyone else, then level two of the 3-skill fodder heroes for now and just keep two heroes from your current line up

as you progress you will unlock more RC slots and then you can reset those 4-skill heroes and level fodder to take their place in the RC

Do you have nara, if you look at the game stats when you lose you will see isabella is the one killing everyone. use nara to disable isabella so your talene and daimon can go off

idk how built your rock pet is but if you have a pet that does damage like the starter pet that can also help finish isabella off

Deimon is pretty tanky but the interrupt he gets on casting makes putting him in fron not worth in early stages.
your core should be Deimon in the back and Brutus in front of him. Since Abrutus has only 2 seconds of immortality I'd still use normal one
