keep daimon, every time its possible, at the maximum level and prioritise getting him to max level before leveling other units, usualy a 40 level difference between daimon and the other units in the comp
If you notice, positions on battlefield have numbers, so i'd go:
1- brutus
2- mishka
3- daimon
4- eiron
5- rosa or lyca (once you get a copy)

also, try to get as many copies of daimon and rowan as u can, they are the priorities i'd say
if you get 2 more daimon, ascend him all the way to mythic+ and make his signature item +20 asap too

you can try and make 5 fodders L+, to get more levels

though not sure about your fodder situation. In any case you need to wait for more copies, and L+ to M needs some L+ fodders

grez and thoran are somewhat late/mid-late game units that need ascended and above to rlly work... you should work on getting daimon copies, as many as you can to ascend him, and then it'll be:
3- daimon
1- brutus
4- rowan
2- filler tank
5- filler sup/cc unit

it would also be worth noting that you might wanna move nevanthi away from mehira, seeing as she’s directly in the path of mehira’s whip, which causes hella damage. might wanna move her to the other side of the battlefield. also, i know that flora can be a huge help in situations like these, seeing as she can offer continuous damage and some healing. maybe she could work? and, even though daimon works well in the front anyway (he’s a tank lol), you could possibly put him in the back so he’d be protected by the supports. remember, for this to work, you can have the target heroes (nevanthi and baden) die, cause they’re still counted as being in the formation, so them being alive isn’t important at all. :))

Nothing wrong with making Rowan legendary. Rowan is among the first hero I recommend to build, as it is one of the best support. As for the team, it really is more on a battle to battle basis. It is a good start, but if anything, Athalia is usually put on the back. She is typically used on the back because her ability lets her target directly target the hero opposite of her position. That is useful in case there is an annoying damage dealer that is hard to reach.

(Also don't get to attached to Athalia for now. She is rare and hard to get, so eventually the other heroes will outgrow Athalia until you unlock a more reliable way to get her)

tidus is pretty much tower but rarely have i even used him. brutus works at e for a long long time. lyca works at e, mythic si20 is a nice bonus although i dont think it's very crucial, while nevanthi's nice in a lot of gamemodes. astar is pretty much pvp/cr, you need pippa for cheese for campaign. personally didnt use silas because rowan suffices as healer, and he's generally 6th gb to ascend. izold on the other hand, isnt used much for new players or even older players like me(9 months). thoran for thoran cheese and grezhul with 9f is strong.

Swap your Daimon and Rowan. And then throw Rowan in the center. The problem you’re having with that stage is athalia. She boosts quick and once she ults, that’s it. So you need someone that can take the damage opposite of her.

You actually have a lot of good heroes starting out. aBaden, thoran, brutus, kren, Daimon, Scarlet, rosaline, Eironn, estrilda, grezhul, pippa, Mishka, Salaki…

For now, to run campaign for your progression; I’d run: frontline Thoran Brutus and backline aBaden safiya mirael

I’m not sure exactly what the optimal formation would be based around aBaden with your heroes, but you definitely want to pull more daimon Scarlet, Rosaline and mishkas. Make sure you have rowan in your wishlist as he’s essential for early game progression.

Idk how Mirael and Saveas compare to Scarlet at the really low levels so you may be able to switch to them temporarily and then back to Scarlet once youre past lvl 140. have you read any guides on fodder discipline, choosing 5 heroes starting out, etc?

Put fera into crystal
Try running
Brutus/thoran
