Absolutely not. Never ever use ascended heroes as fodder unless they're already 5*. Just take them off your wishlist once they're ascended.

Then you use that L+ fodder hero, and feed it to a L+ priority ascended tier hero that is closest to 8 copies, to take them to M.

Got some lucky pulls but no idea on good team synergies, and currently stuck on 8-32 (reshuffled the team a bit when I got that Thane, been coasting a bit with Wu Kong and Rosaline but that is no longer cutting it)

There's enough copies of various heroes to create some elite+ or even legendary, but not for all of them and I don't know which ones to sacrifice to the others.

I also have 15 faction scrolls to use, and one chest that'll either give me 10 more or a choice of elite nemora, lucius, khasos or nara

My honest thought is that you're not too far into the game progression-wise. If you're planning on playing long-term, I would suggest starting over.

The early game is extremely important for setting up a strong foundation since there isn't much available to new players.

I won't fault you if you don't want to restart, but your account looks like it will be progressing slower than someone playing efficiently.

Go to #classic-questions and look at pins (one of those will have the correct wishlist), go to #faq-resources and read the guides (specifically hero ascension priority), and read this =earlygame (link will be generated below this message)

I dont think you have to reset, the heroes you ascended are priority which is fine, but I would stop ascending randomly.

Only exception is Daimon, ascend this guy asap.

For your formation, my only comment would be to replace Rosa with Daimon; no need to change positions. With the heroes you have, you shouldn't struggle until much later.
