@charred jetty so basically he just scales all of his stats and dmg% so much and so ridiculously high, and that all bounces between each casket of his, which then increass his damage even more, so i think the big explosion he sometimes does is if he can reposition his caskets so that his deathrattle is able to bounce between them and chain dmg increases, also if he doesnt take any big dmg hits, the caskets awaken and that in turn makes him do even more damage, so its basically a lot of rng, that whej its tied together, he does massive damage that also ignored def and dr. So tldr he ramps insanely hard, and that dmg chains between his caskets and obliterates enemies lol
