12. After ch16, go to highborn pulling area and pull until you get exactly 1 copy of Elthara . She is an awesome hypercarry at 1 copy in early campaign and TS.

Not sure where 77 cele came from tbh. Cele is a weird one because its skills are the main thing of value besides just the typical raw stats. The special stats are kind of meh but hte skills are fantastic. Cele 45 in particular is the strongest tree skill in the game and its not close. After that it stops bumping haste so it doesn't matter as much but the other skill continues to add 5 haste every 15 levels until around 150

if you have that wide of a roster I would just split it into freeze core and then a different comp, like burst or something

given you have drac and aurealia built, I would do burst (carry melon misha ivan/ L pippaw aurealia + specter), and then freeze core (knox gorren E kalthin shuna drac + IC)

maybe swap drac and aurelia around if that's better

idk if that's better I haven't tested myself

I know both do damage and both are good in burst, but freeze core doesn't do enough damage later at decent deficits later on so hard to say
