I haven’t played in a while but the last time I played Bert was literally reduced to a TS stall substitute. He hasn’t been good in TS for years now lmao. If you pull Bert without Orthros you’re getting a very slow NC carry, underwhelming TS filler hero and don’t even mention CR early on.

It’s all about Bert’s individual value for the period you do not have Orthros. Would other celepogs provide greater rank increases? Pull them, snowball theory. In that period you will get more rewards, and when the time comes you are close to Orthros, get Bert. Only then would his individual value be greater than another celepog.

It has since ended not long ago, so your only current method to get her include:

• Lucky summons from regular dragon scrolls (0.1% chance of getting a highborn)
• Somehow obtain 50-70 Draconic Insignias and the summon Elthara from the highborn pool (with Elthara on wishlist)
