11. Read the rest of =guide as reading material whilst you wait
12. After ch16, go to highborn pulling area and pull until you get exactly 1 copy of Elthara :elthara: . She is an awesome hypercarry at 1 copy in early campaign and TS.

you should start building knox and fawkes. if you still wish to build liberta as your second celestial/hypogean hero you can, but the recommendation will probably lie with daemia instead (or selene if you ask some others)
