Every day you can choose one of three. It will probably increase the amount of ppl who participate, since let's say not everyone digs Belinda for example, so with luck that day has something "better" for the artist in petto.
Also it would increase the chance of seeing characters that are usually rarely drawn

Another idea would be that the ppl who want to participate can wish to have a character added on a specific day. Obviously before the whole thing starts

For example :
Artist : can you pls add Salaki to day 10?
So then it would be
10 : Safaya, Salaki,...
Artist 2 : can you add Arthur to day 15 ?
15 : Mulan, Arthur

when you do a study, what do you normally look to do when you "study" like what do you analyze and then in turn how do you convert it into your chosen medium

you choose the things you want to study from an image (or from life) when you do the study. For this study my goals were to 1) exercise more control in value organization, 2) capture the likeness of my model, 3) improve the way I render hands, 4) study the organization of edges on the frilly skirt, and 5) practice my use of mixer brushes to create interesting textures. Usually, it's more efficient to just focus on studying 1 or 2 aspects though, but I was also kinda trying to have fun as well and make a pretty picture so its not really a pure study

as far as how do convert it to into your chosen medium: usually things that you study are fundamental concepts (values, colors, composition, anatomy, etc..) and these are the same regardless of any medium you use, whether its oil paint or digital or whatever. sometimes you also study techniques/processes which are more locked to a specific medium (like alla prima technique is locked to oil painting)

Hm the dress of her makes a big difference to her silluette. It could be that no one caught on to the pose since the characters don't really share colors, when you look at challange like "can you guess the character by only seeing their colors?" it becomes very apparent how tight our brain links colors to characters.

I think it's a good way to start if you draw the torso/upper body first, look at how others draw the back and then you can apply the arms as well

Tho I started with the head and neck, and then drew the torso

So that her head doesn't snap back 180° lol

I did use a brush called „Procreate Pencil“ for the shading in all the digital Inktober drawings, which has a really nice handling and makes it really easy for the shading to look neat with little effort. It’s one of the basic sketching brushes of my art program.

Good work so far, and a nice idea! If I may add some impressions...
Its still a rather simple design. You added some details on her chest area, something like Gold embroidery and jewels, which suggests nobility. Maybe some more on her "halo" and the accessory on her hair in the same style you used, to make them look more noble to fit the dress?
Also, gloves (lace?) or rings would accentuate her hands, while some jewels or bands around ankles and top of her boots would make them stand out more.
For the wings, I'd suggest a bit more shading to work out their shape better. Same goes for the moon that looks a little bit flat as it is now.
In general, a bit more shading would be beneficial, I think. Its an option to use examples in cloth, to see how the light works on different fabric, so you can make them look more vivid. Esp on the coat, this can help to emphasize on drapery.

I can really recommend to take breathers here and there. I missed many days where I simply didn’t have the time to draw or lacked a good idea (or both).
Even drawing your fav character every day could burn you out if you force yourself to do it. 😞

@rose igloo has my highest regards for pulling through with such discipline, but please make sure that you are enjoying what you are doing. 😭 Life gives us enough chores, drawing (as a hobby) shouldn’t be one.
