Hey, the “Spring Bloom” event’s Quest 1 (share... heroes... on Facebook) is buggy. Actually the whole Facebook sharing never works well for me.
For this specific event, my count is still zero. Even thought I have posts several times.
Plus I don’t have the option to share “summoned heroes”. The share button only appears with new hero’s that I didn’t have before.
Lastly, the rare occasion that the share button appears (new hero’s), I only work 25% of the time. I have a iPhone SE and... I guess my fingers are too fat... because the games thinks that I click right beside the share button, which will exit the “new hero” pulled screen....
This is very frustrating since new hero’s don’t come by often.

Sharing through the library won't work, you need to do it directly from the summon screen. And please don't tag mods or staff unless you've been directly approached by them, this channel is being monitored regularly. @alpine wren

how i think it happened: i actually pulled an epic elijah in the summon (it was a x10) but before the purple animation where it opens the profile of the hero happened, i pressed on one of the green tier skellys which opened the profile, after that i went back and it opened the profile of the epic elijah (nothing weird so far). since after every x10 pull i go to the rickety cart to get rid of the green tiers, i noticed the green tier elijah (my first language isnt english so forgive the grammar)

Hello I don't know of this is a bug, but I was fighting in the forest's edge. I can across one fight that seems to be idk just weird. I ran out of time on the fight, but that counted as all my heroes being dead, not only that it's saying that there are only two heroes left alive in the battle, but when I got to continue the fight ALL the heroes for the other team are alive. AFAIK that's only a visual bug. As soon as you start the battle it'll just display the enemies that survived from the previous fight. @neat hamlet

@red zinc I saw a strategy that involved using Silvina so long as she was not above level 160, so I wanted to level her up to about 150. Are you telling me this is not possible now? I think I should be able to level individual heroes as long as I have the resources to do so. This seems like an oversight to me. Hmmm perhaps I just need to raise her ascension level a bit?

you can still level heroes individually once they are outside of your crystal. everyone in your crystal will be raised to the the crystals level or their maximum (160 for legendary heroes). @rugged patrol

like every day when i try to buy packs (even sometimes on the $100 milestone progress packs) I get this error and it takes 10-20 tries before the purchase goes thru. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or what. But after having enhanced my Belinda’s staff to tier 2 and level up my heroes once, compared to my last try, I am now doing LESS damage in Soren. I’m using the exact same formation, same position, same equips (save for Belinda’s staff that is now tier 2) and same artifacts. I’m extremely confused, this makes no sense. Did this happen to anyone else?

@stoic knot over 10 times. My formation is: Rosalina (up) and Belinda (down) frontline / Twins (up), Rowan (middle), Lucius (down) backline. Last time I did 560m, now, with the same formation position, I don't even make it to 500m. By altering the formation position to something that feels like it should be less effective (AKA by swapping Belinda's and Rosalina's position, which for some weird reason makes Belinda buff Lucius instead of Rosalina the first time she does it), I somehow managed to get higher damage, but the best case scenario in all of my runs was 550m, the usual would barely reach 510m. I have Elijah and Lailah in my formation, so Soren's charm shouldn't be that big of a factor, even then, I did a lot of tries. My team would also stay alive untill the end of the timer (with the twins and rowan sometimes dying when it's under 10s) so it's not like I'm somehow triggering Soren's attacks in a way that kills me faster, I'm just outputing less damage for some reason.
While in the best case scenario of all my tries the difference wasn't that big, I upgraded my main dps' weapon from tier 1 to tier 2 and leveled up one level in-between tries. I find it really weird that I can't at the very least reach the dmg I had done before in over 10 tries, considering this.

The only thing that changed in a "negative way" since my last attempt, was that I lost the union buff from the "Gallant Three" union. Though as far as I know, union buffs only affect the characters inside that specific union, so it shouldn't have any impact in my team, since the Gallant Three union heroes all cap at 160. I'm so confused that I'm considering anything at this point though lol.

So I have a slight concern. My boyfriend and I have been playing this game for a whole year now and we really love it. We have even grown our guild and have a really great community. However most recently we had an issue with our roles. He was guild master and I the deputy. One day I logged in and well I realized he had been removed as master and I became the guild master in his place. I know now that this was because he was inactive for a couple days. Well I gave him back his role because he plays all the time. The issue is this that just today he realized when he logged back into the game he was made an exemplar and removed as the guild master. What’s going on with this? Can we at least make it so that if he isn’t on for a couple of days that the guild at least gets turned over to the guild deputy so that it doesn’t get turned over to just anyone even a potential new member in the guild? It would be awful if were to lose all of our hard work especially since we play everyday. Wasn’t sure where to put this comment because I believe this could be a bug and it’s also a suggestion. (We’ve had our guild for the past year. )

When I'm in the Arcane Labyrinth sometimes my Lucius doesn't appear after I use Dura's Tears. But I actually realized that with everyone was a full health my Lucius had remained dead even after I used Dura's Tears. I use Lucius a lot so this is a big issue for me when I need the Dura's Tears and I have to use 2.
Another part of the issue is that after I use the Dura's Tears TWICE. My Shemira is not shown whatsoever.

Shemira's exploit still hasn't been fixed. Basically, whenever Shemira casts ultimate while the gas already fills the battlefield, the damage still ticks while the animation is running. This makes her disproportionately stronger in PvP when compared to heroes of the same levels.

Hi guys, I’ve noticed when running Labyrinth (might also occur in Peaks Of Time/Voyage) that when I pick up a “The Silent Hope” relic, the one that restores energy after a hero ults for the first time, the energy doesn’t come back. I ulted with Lucius because a Eironn pulled everyone into him and Lucius stayed at 0 energy until a Brutus started hitting his shield. Same thing happened with Fawkes, he only got energy back after using his passive. The only hero that I’ve noticed so far that still regenerates the energy is Shemira.

Please fix that if you are in a Lab battle while it resets it will get stuck on the battle field until you restart the game. It pops up the message about the Lab kicking you out, doesn't do it, when the battle ends it errors with the Lab has refreshed, but you are stuck in the battlefield screen.

As other players have reported before after other events have ended, event items that are supposed to be "recalled in exchange for <something, e.g 35K Gold> each, after this event has concluded" are not getting exchanged. This time, Vibrant Blooms (the flowers) are still in my Bag/inventory despite the 1st Anniversary Event being over.
Update: got a Mail with the corresponding amount of Gold and the flowers were recalled.

Please fix the Burning Brute in The Twisted Realm. It has been bugged since it was introduced. After a while into a battle, it dozes off twice right after each other, and after that when it stamps (smashes) the ground it (nearly) instantly kills the whole hero team attacking it -- except if you shield your team with Lucius TWICE with the help of Rosaline, which makes you deal much less damage during the battle since Rosaline is following Lucius instead of a hero with a damage-dealing ultimate ability, e.g Shemira or Belinda.

I can, however, give you some suggestions, as I suspect that it might just be your internet acting up. Try switching to a different network and open the page again. Check your network settings and see if its interfering with your connection to the page. As a last resort, reinstall the game, and try accessing the page afterwards.

After I realized my mistake I signed into my actual account and purchased another for the right account and refunded the other through Google play
I got back on later after a few hours and found my refund did go through but that also the total amount of a deluxe monthly card of diamonds from my own
I am now in the negatives and can't earn enough diamonds to make all I lost back without paying lots for it
I never received any amount from the refunded card on my real account only from the one I purchased for my real account
I'm hoping I can get help for this because this is pretty frustrating

Some purchase-related issues are better addressed through CS, and they often require further investigation of your account which is impossible to do from here.

I refreshed my bounty Board to get new bounties and change the hero requirements - this was for 3 bounties. I started 2 of the 3 bounties, and when the game resynced (afk) the 3 bounties rewards have reset to the original but the requirements remain updated. So I spent 50 diamonds for worse rewards, which I can't change now cos 2 bounties are started. No screenshots unfortunately

In labyrinth i noticed that if you get a rare relic (in my situation BRANCH FROM THE YGGDRASIL) first and then a legendary one the effect you receive is the first one you got. Not sure if it's intended or just a bug, if i mange to reproduce the same thing again i will record it.

I would assume this is considered a bug and hopefully it can be tested at some point (although not urgent by any means). This bug occurs after acquiring the "Greatly reduce enemies health at the beginning of battles" perk in Arcane Labyrinth during the fight with the Cave of Treasures boss Wrizz in Hard Mode.
I have realized that Wrizz's health does decrease greatly at the start of the battle but then regenerates to full over the next 10-15 seconds which means I have to hold back my Heroes' specials otherwise it takes longer for his health to regenerate to full since it is slowly decreasing but moderately increasing at the same time (with the net effect being a slow increase).
I wish I could just send a screenshot for this one but it would require a video and unfortunately I was unable to capture it as a battle replay. Hopefully what I said makes sense and if you have any questions for me about what happened, please let me know!

For me it does still work for direct messages. Also that same guild chat does give red markers on my other server accounts in the same guild.

not sure why but this is the second time i have run into this issue. in the Arcane labyrinth when i try to progress the enemy team doesnt load in and just has a refresh symbol then my game crashes without any crash reports or anything. is there a work around for this or anything i can do to send in any info that could help fix this?

Just download the apk and open it, android will then ask you for confirmation. you cant update it via playstore but have to download the newest version again and install it the same way

Hi. I noticed that if I am in a peaks of time adventure. Change applications and then come back I can no longer pan on the map. The view will only move after I move the carriage. Backing out of Peaks of Time and going back into it solves the problem . I am on the Google Play Version.

@visual scarab belinda is not in your resonating crystal i suppose. you have leveld 6 heroes. the top 5 are on the pentagram and you can only use heroes on the crystal. reset belinda/lucisu/skreg and put them in the crystal. you get ressources backl that you can use to level up other heroes.
and it is intended that you cant exit the battles, you have 5 tries for your best score

The way guaranteed summons works is that it's 1 in every 30 summons of the same type, not 1 in every 3 10x, you likely pulled an elite through a scroll or otherwise and it reset the counter. If not, record summons from now on to prove you missed the guarantee

The prizes are not proportional and it’s not worth to move to level 300, as I did and am now being punished and getting less then 50% prizes I did before.

That's not a bug. New items are being added on the lab store, and as a result, the lab store was forcefully reset. See this part on the patch notes:

Rosaline's pathfinding is broken in some cases. For example, when I put Lucius in the middle backline and put Rosaline anywhere, Rosaline wants to go to Lucius' initial
(middle backline) position and not where Lucius is (going):
- If Lucius is heading to the bottom frontline, and there is an enemy at the enemy bottom frontline, and
- Rosaline is at the top backline: she goes to Lucius, then starts to go to Lucius' initial position for a moment, but then starts sweeping the floor around Lucius;
- Rosaline is at the bottom backline: she goes to Lucius' initial position, and only after that goes to Lucius and starts sweeping the floor;
- Rosaline is at the top frontline: she goes to Lucius' initial position then starts sweeping the floor because she is near enough to Lucius;

Rarely but the game shows the red alert icon on the Support button (profile icon => Settings) and my profile icon despite me not contacting support. If I open the support page (Help FAQ) there are no alerts there and if I go to the support messaging (top right button) I can only create a new ticket as expected.
(At least this time) after I close the support page the alert on the Support button disappears, however from the Settings I can see that the alert is still shown on my (dimmed) profile icon in the background. After I close Settings the alert icon is still shown on my profile picture, and if I go back to Settings the alert is shown again on the Support button.
As far as I know the alert icon(s) only disappear if I restart the game.

This is probably reported, but if there is an enemy in fawkes coffin, 1 last enemy on the board and tasi banishes that enemy, it stays banished for the full time instead of going off right away so you can hit them

While it may be intended, I don't think it should be how things work; The Spider Thread Gloves relic from Lab is completely ignored by Athalia. She's already a overly broken hero to face when your matchmaking feels trash and it pits a fully 5 star awakened Ascended Athalias from Arena with 40+ levels ahead of yours and a fully upgraded Sig. Item against you, and this makes her even more annoying. It says "All enemies are cocooned in spider's silk for 5 seconds." Not All but Athalia.

@RubyLee#7312 if you previously linked your account to google or Facebook try going to profile, account, switch, and either FB or Google. Some times with poor internet/wifi connections the login will drop and it appears to lose the account. Accounts are never deleted.

Hi, I think I experienced a bug with the return a mercenary feature. I rented an Elijah & Lilah from a guild mate and returned it once I was done with it ; on my side, the mercenary isn't usable (which is normal) but the hero is still marked as used by me and therefore noone else can rent it anymore (which seems to be a bug to me). I can provide a screenshot if necessary.

I dont know if anyone saw my question in #classic-questions I said that your root detection is pointless and actually made it so I cant purchase things on my normal unrooted phone because I logged into my rooted phone. The only way I can buy microtransactions now is if I do it on my rooted phone.
the normal phone gave me some error about the phone being altered in some way. which its not. nor has ever been. not even a factory reset has occured and the bootloader is still locked from the factory, It's a Google Pixel 4. Quite literally the most supported phone android could ever have.

Try repairing your game. From the main menu:
Tap on your Profile icon > Settings tab > Advanced Settings > Repair Game.
Wait for it to finish downloading the necessary files, then see if you can access the event afterwards.

I don't think what occured to me was intentional:
When starting abyssal exp. from my experience players spawn on 1 side, and then the next players keep starting slowly from that side rotating to the other:
To me and some others (who especially started f5/early on reset), we are started/are stuck on the other side of the map on start, and have been isolated ever since (untill all 70 players join and the rest joins from the other side)
It's kinda a bummer because i was hyped for the co op event only to end up completelly isolated from all my guild mates

Haven't reproduced it but when I combined 2 common tier relics to work towards a rare everything was normal. I exit the app and came back online to find one of my common relic missing and I never recieved my essence back for it either. I don't really mind since it's just 1.2 hours worth but just hoping this isn't a wide spread issue.

This bug still hasn't been fixed. Shemira can cast ultimate while there's already poison gas filling the battlefield thus stacking the damage and making her disproportionately overpowered compared to other heroes. I feel this needs to be fixed. This happens when Rosaline follows Shemira and often paired with Rowan.

Buffs like dura's grace 5 seconds instantly almsot disappears on twins, as out of 5 seconds twins will dance for 4 seconds,
Or other example is rigby loosing his drunkness stacks, if he ever utls as the ult takes too long, before he can cast his drinking again
You can also stall any hero into another hero ult and buffs like ezizh passive stamina gain will affect both heroes while they are being stalled around

I'm next to Skreg camp, but the problem is that the other side of the camp is surrounded by town2 (which is quite strong). To Advance from Viscount -> Earl you need to occupy 1 tiles within the Winding Valley. But... When all the camps on the other sides are town2 then it makes it few times more difficult, because you are unable to upgrade your Relic to level4. So, yeah Skreg camp is not counted as Winding Valley. Thats extremly bad bug, cause it makes it way more difficult for some part of players. While the others can just capture normal field or town1.

Allso garrison in expedition, it always says "already in use", when hero is not, it might been in the past, but it never resets once the land was abandoned, it makes frustrating to try and garrison tier 4 and higher towns. as you need legendary heroes for it. so you only have few and you ahve to keep shuffling to find out which is actually in use and which isnt.

There seems to be a bug in abbysal. One of Earl rank quests says "Reach lvl 3 core relic for all classes". I have 1 core relic at lvl 4, 2 core relics at lvl 3 and 2 at lvl 1. But the progress counts as 1 out of 3. That's either incorrect quest description, or weird, confusing progress bar. Why not to count how many classes already case their core relics at lvl 3+? It would be 3/5 then, not 1/3 as it is rn.

I've attempted restarting, changing wifi, turning wifi off then back on, and just about anything you'd think of for a general connectivity issue even restarting my phone..
lost out on about 20 stamina just from redoing the same battle and having it error every time i won, but on a loss it registered and did not error losing me more stamina and the settlement....

@rough stump yea I know that bug, it’s a iPhone to afk arena bug with the dark mode setting. Turn off dark mode and you will see the text in black.
Dark mode changes the text to white but the afk arena background remains the same.

Really quite upset. Walked through the entire Voyage of Wonders mission with ZERO issues till the final boss. Then suddenly during the battle everything freezes. Timer runs out and game gave me an error. Had to relaunch 4 times due to network errors only to find my entire team dead and the enemy team fully alive. @tribal delta I found that the displayed numbers are not always correctly reflecting the stat value you are gaining. If you look at your top screenshot your stats are higher, even with a lower %.

@tribal delta Seems if your base stats are lower (ascension), a flat increase matters more.

Hi! I was battling Khazard boss with my second team in the Abyssal Expedition and noticed something off. In the video I attach, you can see that from the 00:34 mark until there is only 8 seconds left (when safiya drops her bomb), khazard's health bar doesn't even move. I know he's a tough guy, but that's 26 seconds without receiving any damage. Besides, the bar doesn't drop and yet you can see the numbers of the damage dealt to him. You can also see that until that mark the bar drops at a more or less decent rate, and with my first team I did 76M, so it's not like I'm terribly underpowered to face him. So I don't know if that could be a bug or I'm missing something here.

I completed all 7 days of the new esperia event, opened the chest in my bag, selected Rowan for my reward, the chest disappeared, and I did not receive the rowan reward. So I've just found a possible bug in the abyssal expedition. I can't record it since my phone is kinda outdated but it's like this.
I was in a stage with 2 ulmus-es at the front line, 2 orthros-es and 1 kaz at the backline.
After ulmus-es planted their roots, and then my vurk started using his ultimate skill. And after that, the 2 orthros-es started spamming their ulti too. The weird things happened there. The time got frozen (I know it's a normal thing) but 2 ulmus-es started to heal a lot while the time is frozen and my vurk was still running up and down without firing any bolt.
How could ulmus still recover his HP when the time is frozen? And how could vurk still running like crazy without firing a single bolt.

There is a bug in the expedition. With a quest to be prince. When you have to take 20 colonies lvl 5 or more. The counter told me I had 18 colonies... I had a T8, a T7, and 14 T6. And multiple T5 (more than two). So I don't understand why I would be at 18/20... If the T5 count, my quest should be done. If only the T6 or more count, I should only be at 16/20. It seems like only 2 of my T5 count and it's weird... I don't remember have abandoned some T6, what could have caused the bug. I really don't think I did. And I think it's a bug cause the game told me my Rosaline was on a T7 and the only T7 I ever had is the one with my Belinda. I moved on my Rosa and now she's on a T6 I have taken, but I don't at all know why "VII" was written on her (of course she wasn't on my colonies list)

- My crystal is lvl 245/300 currently.
- I have one of each of the green heroes that I have leveled up to lvl 83-84, manually (for fun). They're not in the crystal.
- When I upgraded the crystal to its current state, there are no longer any heroes standing on top of it (I assume this is correct because that's how the crystal works post 240).
- When I try to level up one of the green heroes the game tells me that all heroes standing on the crystal needs to be minimum lvl 60, but there are no heroes standing on the crystal... so I can't level them up manually anymore.

Nara's butchery skill says it "ignores inmunity effects" being the only one able to kill Brutus without making him go inmune but it didn't kill him, instead it made him go into his inmunity state, same thing happens against Rowan, It seems Nara's butchery doesn't work properly against those two, please fix this =<=

it is so inconvenient to see "wrong" timer in Events menu all the time.
Most players did not realise that Events timer is a "fake" one, and they have to finish last boss by Militia timer.
