Vedan works exactly like him on ult and he doesn't get healed too, and he is out since release... I really think it's intended (even in other games for lilith, ults like that don't get heal... Hanzo for example)

Couple things:
- In battles my game seems to crash often. Happens in any battle really.
- When heroes are on Auto, sometimes the special move gets stuck in either one of two different ways. One being the bar reaches the end and nothing happens so I have to unclick auto, click the skill then reenable auto. Or it will be that it gets to the end of the bar and the hero icon starts the animation where it's going to activate the special but then it gets stuck and glitching. I have to unclick auto, click the skill, then reenable auto again.

Edit: so just did the video, you can clearly see lucius dying and remaining dead till the next stage where he pops up with full health and energy. Sadly it's not the only thing it happened, while this could be a "good bug" it works the same way against you... For example a full health heroe can be dead in the next stage, happened too... Another one, it happened that I timed out on a battle where only one enemy was left with like 20%health...guess what happened when I retried the stage after losing all the heroes from the time out??? All the enemy heroes are alive, some full health, some at like 60_80% and some even with full energy
Edit2:I didn't show it on the video, but yeah even if lucius goes invisible at select at the end of the video, you can actually use it... If you want to see the whole video with me using it after he died anyway just tell me and I will upload a longer one

There is a real problem with challengers arena. U will always get stuck in an animation when refreshing to challenge opponents who are most likely changing their positions at the same time. This makes the game stop and I have to restart every time.

A few hours back, game froze. I exited and re-entered. Game loaded to 100%, then 0% and a black box appeared with Connecting endlessly. I can't get in not even to Repair. Force Stopping the game and restarting it didn't help. I don't want to re-install because I'm afraid I'll lose my progress.
Btw i've tried to get into the game again and again since then and same issue.
Nothing's wrong with my internet, it didn't go out or reset or anything, and I can get into other online games on my phone just fine.

Here's an interesting bug for you, though: Once I reinstalled (and it turns out I'm linked to both gplay and fb, btw), my PM log disappeared. Guild, global, and channel are fine, just PM logs.

Lucius skills and ultimate is easily canceled by attacks (with no knockback or cc), shouldnt have to be like that, try him vs mirael ultimate for example. Theres a game where my lucius casts 2 ultis but nothing happened after casts.

With Lucius, after you get Blessed Shield, he uses it too much. He'll hit the opponent once or twice and then start spamming it, while the others are getting killed off, when before he would first use Heaven's protection to cover his teammates. Wish we could select which skills they can use in battle, some are quite useless or a pain.
With Athalia, she tends to knock her opponents around (dealing heavy damange), but then she forgets about them and goes after the nearest opponent after that. It sucks when she sends them flying towards the mage and then the mage gets killed...in other cases she stays in the same spot after sending the enemy flying and just hits the air, and now 1 of the others is fighting two enemies, while she's there having an episode...

Наблюдается такая проблема: когда Ульмус использует своё особое умение и появляется на краю поля боя (как показано на скриншоте), он не может атаковать тех персонажей, которые будут стоять за его спиной ещё ближе к краю.
Тоесть, любые атаки, которые Ульмус проводит в сторону края экрана, не работают.
Происходит анимация броска, но сам камень не летит, анимации его приземления нет, урона и эффекта оглушения соответственно тоже нет. Прошу исправить данный баг как можно скорее, а то не очень приятно так играть)

There is such a problem: when Ulmus uses his special skill and appears on the edge of the battlefield (as shown in the screenshot), he cannot attack those characters who will stand behind him even closer to the edge.
Ie, any attacks that Ulmus conducts toward the edge of the screen do not work.
A cast animation takes place, but the stone itself does not fly, there is no animation of its landing, there is no damage or stunning effect, respectively. Please correct this bug as soon as possible, it’s not very pleasant to play like that)

I experienced a glitch or bug when I was using a full team in pvp with Saveas in it and he was using his haste ability and he kept on attacking but he had no target. He didnt walk towards the remaining enemies, he was just throwing his spear in the air hitting nobody
I also experienced a bug when I was claiming the "newly obtained hero" gems in portraits. I was claiming Silvanas gems, after showing the "loading..." screen, it said that I got the 100 gem reward but after that I can still see the "claim" button. So I kept on pressing claim until I got around 6k gems from it. I tried clicking the back button but when I return to the portrait tab, Silvanas icon still has an exclamation point and I could still claim her gems. But when I relogged in, the gems disappeared. Im not sure if I couldve used the gems on summoning before I relogged.

Not sure how to report proof of this, but every time I try to play the game it will crash if Ulmus' sprite is involved. For instance, if I attempt to view his skills or something along those lines the game will crash. If he happens to be on the enemy team during a Labyrinth run, the game will crash and I will be unable to progress for the remainder of the Labyrinth's duration.
Edit: To some extent it doesn't bother me all that much since I dont plan on using him, but I feel like I'm screwed if he shows up at some point in the story and it sucks to have to wait 2 days to restart my Labyrinth run

When I open the chat menu it says no new messages and I cannot see the previous channel tabs (English, Global, Guild, Private) until someone writes something in them.
I can see the history of the chat in those channels but when i close and reopen the chat menu I have to wait for someone to write something in order to write myself.
I asked my friend who is using an iPhone SE and he said he doesn't have this issue, he always sees the channel tabs when he closes and reopens.
I don't know if it's a bug or is something wrong with my phone, I tried repairing the game several times but it didn't fix the problem.

@ocean prism There is a visual bug in King's Tower. The overall power rating of the enemy team gets a boost from union buffs. When you remove a union buff, the enemy power rating decreases dramatically.
Take note however, that the battle itself is not affected. The enemy team in King's tower do not receive union buffs which is the expected outcome. The only broken numbers are the visual overall power rating of the enemy. It can be very misleading. Please fix it. Thank you.

Funny bug: If 2 Silvina uses First Blood on each other when the match start, they both will get stuck on each other. They will keep running in a different direction from each other until the end of the match or 1 of them get killed.

Earlier today I linked my account to my Google account for safety reasons, I didn't want to lose my account. So after I did that I closed the app, but when I opened the app again my game was logged into my wife's account. My wife has never played on my phone or attached her email to my phone. I tried switching back to my game, but it's telling me that my email doesn't have an account linked to it. Can someone help me get in contact with someone who can help please? I've been waiting in the in game support chat for nearly three hours now and I haven't gotten a single reply.

Idk if this is the right channel for it, but a little thing you can fix with next week's update, the server list shows 11-20,21-30 and so on, but it starts with 0-10 which is a little odd, since there is no 0, just a cosmetic issue

Went to level up my Ira and had about 46kish exp and she needed 35k ( idk ) and i clicked and held instinctively ans got like 4 levels out of that???? I got those numbers bc i had 11k left and it was somethin like that doesnt matter anyways

Thane and athalia ultimate move have kinda bug . Sometimes when u cast after finish attack animations they just Desepars and they come after 2-3 sec from behind of enemy like walking on field . They come from out of screen just walking

Hi, I need help, my labyrinth is bugged. There's an empty occupied slot with wilder icon and lv.67. I cannot start the labyrinth nor replacing that empty spot.
I am not sure how to replicate this but here's what I did:
It is only the first stage of labyrinth, third tile. I chose abandoned wagon on first and second tile, picking Kaz then Ira.
Anyone help me with this? I have also sent this to the in-game support but no answer so far

I would like to update on my labyrinth situation. It unstuck itself, somehow, and I dont know why or how.
I've just been restarting the game inbetween works and now it just... works?
Would still like the dev to look into this for future issue, dont wanna go on restarting spree again when this happen :I

Repaired it, not working either. But it is now solved for absolutely no reason.
Tbh, I am baffled myself how it is resolved. I posted how it happen and maybe this can be patched in the future

I just did all my daily quests to get activity points in the guild. Now its saying that I did 100/100 but the points in the guild dont increase. Will it come later, or am I bugged?

@slate vault The number of points in the guild is capped every day. When the points accumulated by other guild members reach the upper limit of the daily points of the guild, The guild points will not grow any more when you have received personal points.
