I checked the hero's skills, and they appear normal on our end. The +6-second freeze skill is only available at level 40. Could you provide a corresponding video so I can confirm this further?

I think there's a misunderstanding here, he's comparing the tooltips from the same mode. Unexpanded, it says increased damage for +1, expanded, it says increased freeze duration for +1. Both are from illusory journey, he's not comparing 1 mode to another mode.

too much rng too little rewards no autobattle
IJ event is not bad , but it was way over tuned , resources were lower (crystals ,xp)and after 300 rewards doesn't justificate the scaling involved probably for people pre-nerf.
Specific units on the stages were way tankier then they should have been , once they are the last man standing in the formation ,without any reason described anywhere.
That was increasing rng exponentially on levels and therefore it was frustrating at some point to continue playing,rather than enjoying it. Also no auto-battle feature involved as well.

This way you will be allowed or at least have a chance to target heroes you already have at M or higher ascension.
If you are referring to signature items, after you upgrade to +3, you will no longer obtain the same signature items repeatedly.

For rowan's +3 item in illusory journey, it says gives 500 energy, but is the trigger condition when allies have 500 energy like the +40 in normal game, or is still when they have 600? Because if it's the latter, having that extra 100 energy is literally useless, since allies cant have 1100 energy...

they are all wrong, idk since how long its been like this. i normally just glance through the enemies to make sure its right so i dont notice the lvl difference in battle and in the report. im at 539 now and its the same, different level in battle, different level in report. i will try to repair game and then continue pushing to see if its still the same. will update here
The +3 effect reduces the energy requirement for activation.
Activation requires allies to have more than 600 energy and only restores 60 energy.
The +3 effect, however, only requires allies to have more than 500 energy to restore energy.

Hello, I think there's a weird interaction bug. Treznor's 2nd skill says it targets the hero with the highest attack, but for whatever reason with Adrian's acrane activated, treznor stops targetting him despite him having the highest atk (it targeted him before I got the the arcane). In IJ I cannot remove furniture, so this bugged interaction has effectively bricked my comp. Please help me

I had probably the same problem but with another message in french, with my account that just reached lvl 300. I unlocked it by setting BOTH teams BEFORE launching the first fight. It's probably the same for you with three teams. Hope it can help

It’s to do with +3 signature item for Alvida
I think the Alvida in IJ +3 is bugged, it never triggers despite saying it’s guaranteed to do so
Here is a side by side comparison of the sigs between normal game and IJ (it's identical)
But here is what actually happens in battle
To make this more fair, I took off all the gear and artifacts from the normal game version, and left all the gear on Alvida for IJ (to match haste)
I've tried everything, restarting the game several times, removing the teams and restarting the game, running a repair, nothing seems to help. Also tried it on PC and phone, same thing still. We'll for sure need some kind of compensation for this.. it's been few hours already

Is the Arena ladder merge algorithm not working? I got put into the same ladder as players who are disproportionally more powerful than me. There are too many of them with levels far above my level.

Hello. I had 3 of the Dimensional Resource Choice Chests, and was saving them. I collected today's chests (10) and now I have Max (10). I do not have any in mail. So 3 chests have vanished and I'm sad. Last time, if I collected chests that would become more than 10, they were sent to mail, which is why I didn't think twice about collecting today's. I can probably still get the dimensional, but I'm sad

I dont have a video of it sadly just multiple accounts of people who saw it happen/tried to use the cards themselves and it didnt work. Basically for around 1,5 hour moving troops from east to west was absolutely no issue (since we were attacked by two leagues simultaneously). Then eventually in the last 30min push, whenever either me or my debuty tried to use another mobilization card it would get used up and there would me a message in chat „160 troops have been sent“ but no troops were sent at all and the card would go on cooldown for 10minutes. We tried relogging, also tried switching between who commands see if its a player bug aswell but both of us faced the same issue whenever we used the card.
We were unable to reproduce your issue. Please check during your siege today to see if the troop deployment card is still unusable. If it still doesn't work, please record a video and provide it to us.

If not her passives I strongly believes her values should be tweaked because I don't think any awaken hero should scale as badly as ASolise does the further you are in the game, she takes too long to ult, doesn't do enough damage and also doesn't heal enough, really sad for such an important hero that every account has to work really hard to get to 5*.

I tried to repair the test server game and for 1.5 days the game is not loading at all. Tried uninstall and still the same lol. Well dont have much on there, just a warning for anyone not to repair the game until this bug is over 🥲 It ends up on this screen and have had it up for about 5 hours total to check if it was downloading anything or not but nah lol
After the update, I can’t ascend Lyca even though I already have 4 copies of her like in the previous version. UID: 110023278. Companions Server: S296 - D10.
The update broke the rickety card.
My old fodder heroes aren't shown and can't be retired.
My E+ copies that were previously needed for transcension of heroes cannot be "reverted" to the now needed E copies.
Also it does make little sense in terms of inventory / heroes inbox mangement - E copies could and probably would overfill my inbox capacity.
The update wasn't well tested and thought through - I'm disappointed - since these things also got reported on the test-server one week ago already.
mb didn't find the button on the gui / homescreen on the left - tho it isn't simple to see - could have an intuitive prompt

With the new update to ascension I can no longer retire the low level heroes that I would normally use to ascend my hire tier ones. Also right after the update it didn't convert some of the common tier heroes to resources so now I have like ten of them with no way to retire them for resources. If you mean that after using the "Retire Heroes" feature, the Bag still retains Rare, Common, and heroes, this is normal.

i dont know what they did to this game but after some update months ago. every time the game launches it makes my phone speakers pop. im concerned its going to cause damage. this cannot be screen recorded. something they changed seems to cause some type of power surge on my phone on launch. like something is being initialized that causes it. turning the volume down makes no difference. i hope they can figure it out. no other app on my phone does it. only this game

Based on our tests, the hero only says her line when she is "deployed" onto the battlefield, which is the normal expected behavior. The voice line does not trigger after battles or when returning to the map.

fix the guild event player limit on companions .... theres a 30 player limit when guilds now have 60 members making it so unfair to others getting no rewards or having to find another guild in result making us weaker....Also compensate them for their lost time for the event
i think it should go by default when in the patch notes u increase guild capacity it should automatically increase it for events as well ...

So today I was stuck in campaign and was planning to ascend some heroes to make progress so I used the hero exchange event to switch my M Rosaline with L+ lady Simona then used the grit exchange event to switch L+ Rosaline and E grezhul then I used grezhul to make my lady Simona M+ and was gonna use her other 2 E+ copies to get her straight to Ascended but after getting her to M+ my game had a lag of some sort and the 2 E+ lady Simona copies turned into 2 E+ grezhul copies
I request that this be fixed so that I can get my lady Simona to ascended
got a win finally - but honestly i can't spot much of a difference - maybe it'll help figuring this out

Therefore, it is normal that your Lady Simona copies turned into 2 E+ grezhul.

As far as I'm aware when both teams die the stage ends up in a win for the player.
But in these instances on multiple times it ended as lose eventho all enemies were defeated as shown in the screen. (Yes all allied heroes were also defeated)
Or is it a specific 50/50 thing? Because personally I had it on other occasions with Gwyneth arrow and I believe Haelus ultimate - where it didn't count as a loss but a win eventho everything on the allied side died to. (Including the summoned entity from Haelus ultimate)

If you have sufficient hero copies but are unable to ascend your heroes, it is usually because the copies you want to use are currently locked.
Please check if there is a padlock icon in the upper right corner of the Skreg copies you are trying to consume.

Yes but now half the players of a guild miss out on rewards fully, their should be a proper system to letting people join instead of first to join, or should be a second vault of time for the other players to be able to join, cutting half the player base out of a event isn't a good thing, missing out on 30 summon scrolls, 2 thousand gems and 22 stargazing cards is alot of stuff for half the players in a guide to miss out on, also pretty much half the player base to miss out on

I recently did a pull with 10 scrolls on the regular banner. For some odd reason my game glitched and I was shown only the tavern background with no cards. I closed the app and reopened it but found that it fixed nothing. My scrolls were consumed, and for an unknown reason I was also missing 2700x diamonds as if I did another 10 pull. Despite this I had no new heroes when I checked my tab.
Whilst I am upset, I do not expect compensation, though I except this issue to be fixed quickly and properly, as it is a fairly big problem.

Hello, the solemn vow is bugged for me. My apprentice is unable to merc out any heroes that are below 5 stars. All 5 star heroes are here, even level 1 ones, but nobody who is below that appears. 3rd image is the hypogean faction, only Vyloris has 5 stars from that faction, nobody else does, and they cannot merc the other heroes out.
Allow me to explain the specific rules for borrowing heroes in this system:
Mentor's heroes need to meet specific conditions in order to be borrowed by an apprentice.
Specifically, a mentor's hero must enter the top 100 in the star rating ranking to be displayed in the mercenary list.
This explains why only your 5-star heroes, such as Vyloris, are appearing as available to be borrowed, while those with lower star ratings do not meet the ranking requirement and therefore cannot be shown.
I don't understand, why does it have to be this way? Info only says heroes above legendary, but why can't the heroes with the highest combat ratings be shown instead of the ones with the highest stars? 80% of those heroes are not even used and not worth being merced out by the apprentice, but I have heroes with 1 star that they should merc out, but cannot because of this system.

Just some positional issues with companions version. Framton pull doesn't always grab the upper and lower enemies in all arena modes (like snow and the forest one) asides form default. For the forest one it treats it like default and placing him in 4th pulls the 3rd and 5th position which looks kinda funny. For satrana's fire seed thing I'm not sure what farthest forwards mean, but I;m assuming it isnt suppose to hit the top frontliner EVERY single time. I'm pretty sure this also applies eluard.

Hello, I am trying to enroll in Golden Frontier, but it won't allow me because of 'Insufficient active Guild members'. There is no option for individual enrollment so my Guild and I can't play at all just because we are too small
For Season 4, the individual enrollment option has been removed, and the system now only supports guild-based enrollment. To successfully register for the event, a guild needs a minimum of 30 active members.
If your current guild does not meet this active member requirement, we suggest considering a move to another guild with 30 or more active members so you can participate in the current season.

Faced issues with opening Dream Realms and Arena
I have checked this with our technical team lead, and we want to let you know that this is currently a known issue. The issue occurs specifically when the right-side menu bar is in a state where it can be scrolled, which inadvertently interferes with the clicking area of the buildings behind it.
The good news is that our development team is already working on it, and it is expected to be fully fixed in the upcoming patch version 294.
In the meantime, before the official fix is deployed, we highly recommend you try the following temporary solutions to continue your gameplay smoothly:
Method 1: You can simply collapse or close the right-side menu bar before attempting to click on the Dream Realms or the Arena of Heroes.
Method 2: If you are playing on an emulator, you can try modifying your emulator's resolution to a taller screen format. By making the screen longer, the entire menu bar will be displayed without the need to scroll, which will prevent the clicking issue from happening.

Hi. Whats the point of having timers in the Realm of Shadows digging part of Golden Frontier? Why not just remove the timers and let players dig quickly to finish their stamina. Its very annoying having to wait for all the timers to count down. This is a cause of stress for many players.

I summoned 20 times at the wishing shrine for one of the shepherd moonchase event quests before I knew it was bugged. It goes without saying that I would not have pulled without the incentive from such quest. Will the pulls be counted for the quest or the wish leafs refunded?

Hello everyone, I wanted to report that after the recent update I made a total reinstall of AFK Arena on an 2020 iPhone SE, phone updated, lot of free space, but the game keeps crashing when I try playing most battles in the game, and it seems that there are certain team combinations that makes it crash faster than the others, and it is very random.
In some game modes, like Misty Valley, it seems to always crash at certain points, right at the beginning or at the end the battle, and makes it nearly impossible to advance.
You can try to click your avatar-settings-memory, then
1.turn on the button "simplify voyage hero special effects"
2.turn on the low battle fx
3.then slide the page down, turn on the low power mode, and turn off the high details
4.turn on the display particle effects to try.
Thanks for the advice! I ran a few more tests with these settings, and the result is mostly still the same, with the difference that not outright prone to crash, but after a few stages it will (in Campaign for example).
Another interesting note that on Golden Frontier whenever I try to dwell into clearing Mystic Gate, as I start any fight, it crashes right at the beginning all the time. Some other figths like Twisted or Cursed Realm does the same.
Is it possible that an iPhone 2020 phone no longer enough to support the game, even trough so far it did not really have such compliactions as I recall?

To help alleviate this on your current device, we gently suggest closing all other background applications before launching AFK Arena. Freeing up as much background memory as possible can sometimes provide that extra stability needed for those heavy game modes.
If the crashes still persist, we suggest temporarily playing the game on a device with higher specifications for those specific complex battles. Please know that our development team lead is also continuously working on performance optimization to provide a better gaming experience across a wider range of devices.

I was watching a friend battles in TS and noticed his Twinlum Spirit made the enemy awakened shemira into a shepherd and presumably buffed it. The skill description has this:
if an ally summon is affected by nebula ward, its summoner becomes a shepherd

I had the same issue on PC for both Gplay and Bluestacks - using hotspot for internet connection resolved the issue each time there is a new patch

Anyway, what happens when the download not reach 100% and I changed to other page? There are some condition why I could not fulfill that exact step. First, my slow internet (I’m poor), second, my phone would out of battery first before the download complete.
Premature downloads may cause page stuttering, as seen in your video. Additionally, low battery power can also cause stuttering.

Minor visual bug: Odysseus doesn't use his walk animation when moving across the map in the Voyage of Wonders. He instead transforms into a dragon while moving, without transitions. Which kind of ruins the immersion. His walk animation exists in the files and initially could be seen while pulling him the first time.
I just confirmed with the technical lead that it is normal for Odysseus to move in the form of a dragon, and this is not a bug.
However, the lack of transition effects may somewhat impair the immersive experience. I will record your opinion and report it to our team to see if there will be some changes about it in the future. We hope for your kind understanding.

To answer your question, yes, that is the expected behavior. Severin's skill kit specifically allows him to execute summoned creatures (like the dreafs in the Dark Nemora fight). So it is working as intended!
