the wording should be changed if its unclear
my game is suddenly not opening at all. i was on the game a half hour ago everything was fine. now i try to open it and it instantly crashes the game. before turning my phone off and on, after the app crashed, it would ask for developer feedback 3 times due to the crash (this was from having to download TestFlight to participate in AFK Companions). no idea what happened between then and now
Hey guys i was curious about something my game doesn’t sent me a notification when someone send me a private message or guild chat when I’m out of the game I have to get to the game and then see.
i have all in-game and phone notifications on tho.
"afk arena application crash" won't even let me launch the game
@marsh zephyr go to the app store and download the arena, you don't need to delete it initially. maybe the problem is in the beta version of the companions, downloading from the app store will update the game to the regular version.

Collection bug: Cannot apply 2nd skill level
Collections have only one generic slot (bottom) at base. lv+1 words can only be placed in generic slots. Miracle Worker increases the number of generic slots in the collection (top). So your two LV+ words can only be placed at the top and bottom.

my game keeps crashing when i try to start the battle against gwyneth & the draconis at the end of awakened eironn's voyage of wonders quest, bladeheart mirage. i've tried everything, for days. at this point, if there is no alternate solution to a problem that i really think is on the game's end, my technology just can't do it & i must accept that.

Hello this is not a bug but more like a help. I accidentally change the layout of my oak inn and now the furniture are just wooden instead of the fancy ones for red furniture

You can change the layout of the Inn by finding the brush button at the bottom of the Inn.

Intentional? Misha does not attempt to fight back when she is the only hero standing.
We checked your video and found no anomalies, Misha is mainly relying on magic output, and the video also shows Misha outputting damage and eventually defeating the enemy as well.
The reason she can defeat enemies is because of Seraphic Tide artifact but otherwise, she does not even attempt attacking enemies with normal attack when she is the only hero standing as she keeps trying to search for her teammate to heal but because there's no teammate, she just stays in one spot.
This is normal, Misha's main niche is support and will deal magic damage. She will also have some output when she's on her own.

Hello. Do you plan to improve the interface for tablet players? When you are not in 16:9 all the menus/buttons etc are shifted or outside the screen.
Currently, when you check the collections in the features' formaticons, or make battles in the features, the collection of the hero'sscreen will be changed as you have checked or the battles status.
Game has a weird cut off at the top
Can I turn it off somehow or change it to get collection from character list? Or to save in the formations? Not to be offensive, but its very inconvenient that i have to change collections every time I open some event or treasure hunting or smth. Sometimes it has like 6-7 squads.

Treasure Scramble is a defensive game and is not affected by Collection Management. The "Last Formation & Collection" button in the Collection Management section is for offensive gameplay control.
And we will be recording your feedback to consider optimising it.
Well. It helps a bit, but now the way is:
- Set collections
1.5) Turn on switch - Get in fight in main campaign (to save updated collection)
- Get in Treasure, open combat settings (it sets collection to old)
- Get in combat in main campaign (it sets it back to updated)
- Turn of switch so if I change collection again, they will not reset, when I get into fight into main campaign.
I checked it once again. Collecting rewards not change it. Only when you click change formation -> change team
I would appreciate if you give a list of modes that affected by collection management and that not so i cant presave current stuff.

You can turn on the Last Formation & Collection function in the bag, then the Battle Preparation screen will default to the last used hero formation and collections for each game mode (i.e., Campaign, King's Tower, Cursed Realm, etc.).
In defensive modes (such as arena defence), formations will only take effect based on what you have set up in that mode, and are not affected by external factors.

If I might add, I like the new fonts better. They look MUCH better than the default OS font.

How do I stop the game from screwing my collections every time I open TS?
Currently, there are two categories of collections in the game: ‘ playing on the battlefield’ and ‘ dispatching for defence’. In version 145, we have introduced the ability to turn on/off the ‘Last Formation & Collection’ feature:
When the switch is off, the hero will keep his/her current collection when entering the battlefield game.
When the switch is turned on, the hero will wear the items from the last battle in that game when entering a battle class.
This is normal, and different playstyles will result in changes to collections and artifacts. There is currently no permanent fixed collections and artifacts, and the team is constantly optimizing them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, it's been almost a Week now, since last update, but I have many issues, some of them mentioned earlier by other people. I have tried repairing the game and it took hours of redownloading resources, but it did not fix anything.
- Graphics bugs, with some assets invisible, other are question marks.
- Impossible to play some games modes, with the "get resources failed" message: Campaign, king's tower, temporal rift, Misty valley, and others
- New chat font is problematic in French with the special characters and accents

For some reason the silver emblems are bugged into the preorder list even though I don't have them selected? I've been refreshing the shop and ran low on gold and saw that the emblems were there leaching all my gold with every refresh, however I checked my preorder list and they aren't even checked.
You could click on avatar-settings-advanced setting to repair the game, then download the extra files, and then restart the game to have check it again.

There is a pesky bug with hero collection. If you assign new collection for a hero and afterwards go to Treasure Scramble and modify any team then collection for this hero will switch back to previous one. This happens even when you modify Treasure Scramble team which does not contain this hero.
Please fix it! It is annoying that you have update hero collection every time after you modified Treasure Scramble team. My guild members also complained about similar issue.
The collection system is currently such that when you view or adjust a collection in Treasure Scramble, it will sync the change to the Heroes screen.
Sounds reasonable.
But
- I did not change any collection in Treasure Scramble
- The team I modified does not contain hero for which I changed collection on Heroes screen. I just removed one hero from Treasure Scramble team and added a new one.
Thank you for the hint. As workaround, now I modified collection from Treasure Scramble screen and it is synced collections in Heroes screen and preserved when I swap heroes in Treasure Scramble team.

Yes I have and now lvl 8, down from lvl 19 and the stats also nerfed. I just wanted to make sure this was intentional nerf and not a bug from the fix

Because the 144 version has launched the lineup collection record of the “defense” and “dispatch” gameplay.

I installed the game on my husbands android mobile device today and accidently pushed classic.... how can i undo that... i reinstalled the game but that does not help

... i downloaded from play store accidently clicked on classic not on companion. Tried to switch no button. Deinstalled (10min later) reinstalled no question if i want to choose companion or classic. Your game hides installation data on the device. That wont delete even if you delete the game....
Manually installing a companion apk fixed it....... i was able to choose between classic and companion again

I believe I found a bug on companions. I have the hero tab with a red mark, but no here has this mark. Idk how to remove it, I believe it has to due with a piece of gear that was equipped on a hero basic that was used to ascend. Now it's gone but the game still thinks it exists

It's not necessary to reach 300 haste for this one, 100 haste will also allow Knox to accumulate an invention in 3 seconds.

Just incase it hasnt been reported yet, there's multiple accounts of people not getting the guaranteed Cel/Hypo from stargazing in the first 10 pull. Some are accounting that they have pulled over 30 times and still havent gotten their first copy even though it's supposed to be guaranteed. 
We would like to explain that Stargazer and Time are not guaranteed mechanisms and you have a 2.5% chance of getting a hero each time you draw a card.
Sure, but the FIRST 10 pull is supposed to be guaranteed. At least it is on Classic AFK Arena, but on Companions multiple people havent gotten it in the first 10 pull.

i guess that didnt get fixed last time. win the fight. collect the treasure. if you don't move to another tile before closing the game, next time it opens the statue is back and you have to fight again just to get out.

Chasmic doesn't seem to be affecting chapter 70 at all. Not sure if this is intended, but typically on release of new chapter. The needed powercap drops significantly after the first day or two.

Seems like it should not erase your award after doing the work if you didn't tap the cheats in time. give the earned awards first but then reset once the user gets them. either a bug or just bad deaign

I completed the map a first time without Thoran in my team, so I missed the hidden chest (9/10 chests). Then I retryed, and finally replayed with Thoran in my team -> I got all the chests (2 + 10). But when I want to end the level, it stays stuck on that level. Proposing to replay it, again & again. (and not unlocking #9 of course.)
I have closed the app (BTW I'm on Andoid) restarted, replayed, mulitple times. Always the same thing.
When I go back it only proposes to play it again.

Having the issue with 2 char
Companions keeps crashing on loading screen for IOS, redownloaded game and stilll having same issue.
The level 30 engraving will be unlocked when your Heroes reach level 201. Please confirm that your heroes have reached level 201.
Whether it is intentional or not, the Collections assigned to heroes are locked into a formation set, whether it is arena, legends, or scramble. Say I unlock a new collection and assign it to a hero, that will not reflect in any of those formations. If I want to change the collection on the hero, I need to go into every game mode with a saved formation and update the collection in every formation, which is rather annoying in treasure scramble especially. Also what ends up happening if you don't update the collection is every time I edit a formation, it will swap the hero collection back to that old collection even outside of that formation (in my normal heroes list). Even worse, every time you progress to the next iteration in treasure scramble, it swaps to the old collection without you even realizing.
I've just recently discovered this is how it works and I've had to go into every game mode with a formation and update every hero being used with the new collections I've built for them. and save the formations again (and I'm still waiting for treasure scramble to continue cycling to continue fixing all of my hero's collections).
Oh, sorry then, they are lvl 200 atm

Boss (Saveas) despawned at around 30ish % HP. I'm left without any bosses, timer, score or anything. Just an endless stream of mobs coming in with no objective. This is on the shemira side level.

I just installed AFK Arena on a new Android tablet, when I launched the game it didn't give me the option to choose between Classic or Companions and instead just launched into Companions.
I tried to tap through the introduction to get to the menu and switch to Classic but it's stuck right after the point where you tap the button to help the General. The horse and wagon icon shows up for a moment, then it disappears and the entire screen goes dim and the game stops responding to touch.
The animations continue to run in the background, there are a couple of question marks that I think are placeholders for something that hasn't loaded, and the icon that usually appears when there's a download pending is on the screen but they never go away or change. I can't get any response from the game, nothing I tap on has any effect and I have to force close the app.
I've cleared the data for the app (both cache and all) and tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I've been on wifi, 5G, and a mobile hotspot. I've restarted the tablet before each attempt and after each uninstall, and it doesn't ever let me get back to the initial screen where it's supposed to let me choose between versions, it just goes straight into the Companions version and then effectively crashes.

In that case, it seems like the lights martyr in the current alliance event is severely overtuned, i don't think anybody is going to clear floor 1 in my group
If its intended for nobody to clear floor 1 then it should have leaderboard based on hp remaining
Isn't it unfair to group new and old players into one event? How are players being matched since I can also see my whale guildmate in there so I don't thing it's about the total team power or something.
Players can voluntarily find teammates, and if they don't find their own teammates, the system will automatically assign them.
That's the most basic answer I could have received🤣🤣🤣. I did that and I still didn't got back. I dont want to cry for 60 beast baits, but this is a bad bug.

Okay, this is getting ridiculous. I thought it might be an issue on my end, but the travel notes rewards are extremely difficult to claim sometimes cuz it doesnt register that you're even clicking on them. I'm not talking about lag. The click itself happens, you can see the VFX and hear the SFX, but it just doesn't click it. If you spam it hard, it would eventually go through.
But now I'm having the same issue, but worse with Shadow Invasions. Stage 12, you literally can not click. You can click the Trials of Annihalation, which are locked, but not 12. Or 13 or the MK stage, for that matter. The previous stages also had some issues, but they weren't as bad. It seems like someone straight up forgot to program the click zone trigger for it or something.

Shadow Invasions sometimes has mismatching graphics vs function in terms of terrain. Places that should have terrain - there isn't, functionally, and you (and monsters) can go through there and all (shown below in pic), and vice versa - places, where there shouldn't be any, you can't go through. This has happened across different devices, on different stages (currently this is on stage 12) and with different characters (mirael, hogan, ira).

Yes and on auto you can't seem to open it from the page, even if you stop auto to claim it.
You can open this chest when the auto-battle stops and will get random items such as dust, hero experience, etc.

The Heroes Return event doesn't inherit all hero stats, and some heroes can only be acquired through other channels, such as Mishka, Daimon, Nevanthi, etc.

OK just had this happen again, no screenshot unfortunately as it happened fast. I beat 27-9 in forked fate while on auto. Went to check what I'd earned and it showed a time chest in the rewards but then I didn't get to open one

If you are auto-battling and pass a chapter, you don't get the time chest. I thought this was the case, but wasn't sure before. I've now seen it for sure multiple times and I'm quite certain this is the case.
Please fix ASAP and reimburse for the lost progress. These rewards are very important.

Edit: After a back and forth, apparently this is very likely to just be animations from forked path, where you're not supposed to (and not getting, as such) any time chests.

I can't collect my rare soulstones. I got a lot from clearing 500 floors in King's Tower.
When I try to collect it says I'm at maximum capacity. But my bag is empty.
I tried submitting this via the game but the support there is absolutely useless, to the point that if I was a new player reporting this problem, I'd probably just quit the game as their replies serve almost zero relevance to the issue.
There is a long standing bug with the store, where unticking the gold Pre Order purchase of Primordial Emblem (the purple SI coins) still brings it up for quick purchase for gold. Basically, it ignores the fact you've told it not to purchase it. Here is a lil video showing it unticked, and then it displaying for purchase using quick buy.
It's been longstanding for months, have faced it on multiple accounts/devices. It renders the quick buy functionality useless when that coin is listed.

Just downloaded AFK arena for a friend and turns out it automatically puts you into companions and doesnt even let you choose between classic and companions??? This is completely killing all new players going to classic mode which is completly unfair to the community please make it so new players can atleast choose the experience they want to play instead of forcing players into companions and killing off classic mode

Since the Zohra update (I think?), leveling up the RC by holding down the button does not work. It counts down, brings up the "use consumables" ui, annoyingly without any grace period as usual, but then when you leave, you realize the exp wasn't spent, and you still have it. I understand, but we would always get a Recommended beast with higher tier. I've done 20+ combinations and this is the first time to not grant me an option for higher tier. Multiple people are also reporting the same now.

Not sure if intentional but enemies have a strange level ramp and in some instances, a later stage would have lower enemy level than the previous, probably as a side effect to the campaign level reduction. The level ramp is inconsistent.

I just opened my Mystic Starforge red chests. I took a screenshot of the first 10 pull, as you can see there were 4 awakened choice fragment chests (I received 5 in total).
However as you can see in the subsequent screenshots I only have 1 with the expected heroes in there as it shows on the reward screen (with the additions of Alucius, gavus, etc). 4 of the ones I received are the old type with only 6 options. Is this a bug or was there supposed to be a chance of the old fragment chests in there as well as the new ones?

This is normal, in the Devourer's Ascent activity, occupying a Nebular Spire benefits all players on the server by reducing the stage difficulty. The more spires you occupy, the easier the challenges become.

This is normal. You can check Rowan's Damage Control skill. If you receive more than 10% of your health damage, it will consume energy to offset the damage.

@scenic sonnet @lone talon We have fixed the issue in the Vault of Time where the Candy Booster skill effect of Treatspector was causing some teams to be prone to fluctuating abnormal damage. To prevent unstable high damage from affecting the fairness of the play style, Treatspector will be unavailable during the current Vault of Time and will be fixed in subsequent updates.
There was nothing abnormal with the damage. It was strong but within range of other team compositions. Completely blocking the comp when the event is already ongoing is very demoralizing for your player base. This low blow will destroy what's left of the community.
Interesting that you still leave the gwyn version, which abuses the enrage mechanic in the same way, untouched! It's almost like this is a decision guided by money.
We have confirmed that the candy booster effect on Treatspector is causing some teams to experience large fluctuations in abnormal damage, and we will be addressing this in the future.
We ever received feedback on Gwyneth's issue and have verified that there are no anomalies.
Thanks for the reply - I'm aware that it has no anomalies. The Gwyn team works by doing one big hit of damage before the boss can ramp up its defenses with its enrage meter. The treatspector team works in the same way, as far as I understand.
Was there a bug in the treatspector team, beyond this manipulation of the enrage mechanic? There is a message from the devs from 3 months or so ago, saying that this mechanic was intended (for the previous AE, where the damage was only about 20b instead of the 50b this time)
Morrow is for some reason causing Treznor to bug and become completely invulnerable. He literally takes no damage and just stands there covered in Morrow’s color effects, but the bug didn’t happen when I removed Morrow
I think what had happened is Morrow prevented Treznor from using his ultimate once he dropped below the health threshold to dismount, Treznor didn’t know what to do and just stood there stuck
We have found that in Vault of Time, the Candy Booster skill effect of Treatspector makes some teams susceptible to large fluctuations in damage anomalies. Unlike Gwyneth, this is a damage anomaly.
The team verifies that this is due to the fact that Treznor, who has three red furniture, will not be hit below a certain blood level while mounted, at which point he remains in control.
Well yes but if you watch the clip he takes no damage and doesn’t even pop up immune. I timed out because he would not take damage, dismount, or fight
That's normal. While mounted, damage dealt by enemies can only reduce Treznor's health down to 25% of his max health.
I know that is his effect, just he refused to dismount as you can see in the clip. He hit that threshold then would not dismount and stayed mounted while immune. I timed out because he wouldn’t dismount upon reaching that threshold and became stuck. I’m not trying to be rude just please watch the clip, as it shows him reaching that threshold, freezing for the rest of the match while under the effect of morrow, and despite being hit by multiple scarlet ults takes no damage and does not show up as immune either.
My problem is that the rule is he is supposed to dismount upon reaching 25% health, but he wouldn’t for some reason

There is no save preset or use preset button when editing formations from the formations tab on the heroes page:
Also, the collections page button stops at 10 here even though there are 11 teams in this particular formation
Afk companions: Crassio seems to be able to completely ignore shalltear's extra lives and just kill her right away
You can go to the Formations tab on the Heroes page, click Formations, then click Artefacts and Collection, then click Gear or Change, then click Collection Management, then you will see the Save to Preset button and the Preset button at the bottom of the screen.
We've noted the issue you mentioned with the number of formations displayed and will be addressing this in a future update. My collections artefacts randomly unequip themselves from my heroes and sometime replace themselves with another artefact while I'm offline
This is so annoying please fix it....
You can set up a 'preset' for a collection in Bag-Collection-'Collection Management', and you can set up up to 3 presets.
Once you have saved the preset, you can use it from the Collection Management screen or from the Battle Setup screen (the little eye in the middle of the Battle Setup screen).
After applying the preset, the Hero's Collection will be updated to reflect the Hero's Collection set in the preset.
You can save/overwrite the collection worn by Heroes already in battle to the preset from the Battleground screen.
Ok thank for the info, but it doesn't explain why artefacts change themselves if we don't use any preset. I mean, I get it that making a preset fix the bug, but it's confusing for people that don't know, so you could consider apply a fix to presetless players, or add a warn message if they don't use any preset that it may change without notice?

It failed to update I have un-installed and reinstalled the game as well restart my device and also cleared the cache just incase and checked if it was my wifi or data if that was the problem but it wasn't that either and am out of ideas as to what's not letting me download the patch and get into the game...

I haven't been able to replicate it after learning about this channel so I don't even have a screenshot of it happening but it happened to me alot after playing for a few hours where my character would be fighting like normal in the red square and on the edges would be duplicates of them and the enemies that would be in this weird glitchy state.
I will reply with a video or SS If I encounter it again but it will be a while as it's late for me atm "I also don't recall it ever happening before unlocking the 2v2 maps"
