Hi, I currently can't use my retries on temporal rift for some reason, game keeps telling me I lost no heros on the floor I'm at (which isn't even true, but regardless, aren't we supposed to be able to use them to try to minimize stability loss ?)
When someone is playing thoran, maetria and flora in fight of fates all characters freeze and dont do anything anymore

The "wait time" in Abyssal Expedition isn't working for stone piles. I have had stone piles sniped from me even though my tiles are on cooldown by players who aren't willing to share. We're currently stuck on teh first isle because people are hoarding stones.
The tile cooldown should have allowed those of us looking to progress to use the stones to bridge ourselves
another problem in AE, is that someone used all the stones to build in the wrong place, and now we have no stones left to build a bridge to the next island.

Not sure if a bug but the Daimon's Gift VoW endings seem to be mismatched on test server. The blueberry mix ending says Shemira frowns, the other tasty drinks ending talks about the blueberry mix, and the disgusting drink ending talks about Shemira smiling in joy.

@ocean prism its definitely not that. I tryed several food champions solo upgrading them in auto ascended and it still doesn't work sadly. Only way i can upgrade anything atm even low tier food is by manually selecting them and upgrading them one by one

I already reported this bug(which has been in the game for a long while) but apparently Betty thought I was talking about the diamond pre order list. You can clearly see I don't have silver and gold emblems in my preorder list but it's there when I try to do the quick buy thing.
I have opened the free shemira chest, having already a shemira in legendary plus and two other shemiras in normal legendary, so with that copy I should upgrade it to mythic. When I opened the shemira chest, the shemira to choose appeared as legendary plus, instead of normal legendary, I have chosen it and I have not received anything. Is this a bug?

If you switch dimensional links with a team placed it seems to not break team formation in team scramble where it normally wouldn't let you use that team

So today I decided to go through the Graveborn tower with Awakened Shemira, and discovered a very, let's say odd interaction with Fawkes and Awakened Baden.
So pretty much what happens and how to do it is get Baden to the point where he can use his Ultimate without the need for Energy, then wait for Fawkes to seal Baden in his coffin.
Once that happens, use Baden's Ultimate. This will cause the game to freeze, forcing you to either quit the level, or restart. Hope this gets fixed in a future update or something.

2nd battle -> 5 INT hero
Both give the same 19 morale and 500% bonus
been trying to change deployement on defense too, and still not affecting the morales
19 points of morale is your upper limit during the event, so your additional INT heroes will not increase your morale. The morale during the event is 5 points of basic morale, +1 morale point for each level of territory, up to +7 morale points, and +8 morale points for buildings at most, for a total of 20 morale points.

I am here to report a very unpleasant behaviour of the reward management system for the Guild vs Guild event. Mystical starzone.
If you do not collect the personal and milicia rewards before the end of the session, it is lost.
First, there are no red exclamation mark to tell you that quests have been completed and you can collect the rewards.
Second, it is usually possible to collect the rewards of an event 1 or 2 days for it ends.
Third, this event took a lot of time, what if the milicia fulfills some quests during the night while sleeping or while being AFK?!
Fourth, we have 9 days to wait for the next turn. Why is there no possibility to get the rewards during al least one day?!
Fifth, the in-game support tells me "Sorry this turn ends, there is no method to add chests from the related quests."
This system behaviour is inappropriate and very frustrating. Please do something.
About the event chest issue, we have sent a related email inbox, which would note players to claim the chests of the event quests. You could have a check.

If the email says to collect the reward from the event quests, it is definitely what people do and we usually do it even after the event is over.

I had 4 thoran héroes vanished from my account after I used the legacy of grit. I changed the legacy of a palmer mythic + with a thoran mythic. After this a bought a another thoran in the labyrinth historic to ascend him and when a checked my heroes, only the mythic + was there.

I "received" 5 Time Emblems from Mystic Starzone premium chests but never actually received them. Has anyone else run into this issue?
We finished 1st. I opened my 130 silver chests but haven't opened any big chests yet and I have only 10 of them (instead of 12) and there is no way to collect the missing ones (those from the last milicia quest).
During the event, players can consume 1 inheritance opportunity and choose two heroes to practice and pass on.
The last two heroes will exchange levels, grades, exclusive equipment, legendary furniture, engrave levels and T3/T4 equipment. After the heroes are exchanged, all copies will be changed.

seems like a bug but Isle of Gold when doing a Pillage run, will often have me rolling 1's. 2 different days since last week it will roll a 1 like 5-6 times in a row, maybe another number, but then starts rolling 1s again. is this on purpose or shouldn't it be random like dice rolling is irl? This is related to the type of building set up by the enemy. You can try long pressing the dice to fill up the progress bar
it seems to often not roll at all if it fills up past half way for some reason. but that's good to know either way. didn't realize their build will affect rolls

I'm not holding it down till its full. Trying to say, when its about half way. Before its full. Maybe the game is just laggy and it doesn't register in time that it isn't being pressed anymore. idk.

I would like to report serious bug with beasts. It's 3rd time this happened to me. From time to time when I do 10x pulls and get epic beast it doesn't appear on my account... Relaunching game or reinstalling doesn't help at all, beast is just gone. Since process of gathering baits is really slow this sucks even more. I'm already missing 2 seal copies and 1 owl

If you give a DreamHopper Collection to Tasi, her Ultimate will only put to sleep enemies for a much shorter time than normal. When I took it away, all returned to normal.

I received an extra copy of seal when based off the description and my past experience I should only be able to receive copies of beasts that are not maxed out. This is delaying my lvl18 resonance
Rule 5 means the beast not in the Resonant Fountain when you resonated, you screenshot shows that Seal is in the Resonant Fountain.
Such as you have 9th beast of with level 19 (not in resonating) when you update the resonating to level 18.

New hero Vika has so much idlle during her combat. When gyro is out she won't even auto attack, there is 5 to 7 sec of standing without doing nothing on battlefield. You can see in video.

Enemy heroes can use the wrong class collections. In this instance, none of the heroes on enemy side are tanks yet they trigger this particular collection. None of my heroes have this equipped.

Hi, I am wondering if Full stats on collections are working properly. I have Full Erosion as a stat on one of my heroes. In the battle statistics none of my heroes have any erosion. The self buffing stats are all working properly (showing up on the battle statistics).
One of my guildmates (The Quagga) has tested that the functionality of these stats is working, so it appears this is just a display issue. Regardless, having these stats show up in battle stats would be helpful

For some reason, hero essence income has stopped increasing after chapter 29. It's stuck at 1168 per day. Not sure if bug or intentional but because of that, levelling feels slow.
This is normal. After Chapter 28, the hero’s essence will always be 1168.

I was signed in for mystic starzone. One day before staring, i left from my guild, and after 1 hour i joined another one. Yesterday when starzone was opened, I could not enter, cause i was not signed in.
Im assuming that i should sign in again in new guild which i didnt knew.

In GvG when the map is called, all other buttons stop working. Let the map just disappear when other button is tapped or make them exist simultaneously. This is very inconvenient at the moment, coz you have to do extra taps to close the map.
It is an event enrolled with guild, so you need to re-enroll again after changing to a new guild. We have recorded your point to the enrollment, hopefully, there is a notification in future updates.

After upgrading Mythic+2 gear to Mythic+3, the combat rating visually drops but it's only a visual bug. Also, the animation for upgrading the gear to that tier got changed to generic upgrade animation like the other tiers. Appears to have happened in 1.131. Update: The animation somehow got moved to Mythic+4

But I have can validate the 3 teams. I have clean up teams and rebuild them. Yes Both Mulan and Arthur have no dimensional keys. But when you modify the teams before the 3rd last team with Gwyneth link to Arthur and Rosaline link to Mulan. Why the game engine don't clean up them from the 3rd last team when one fused hero is al ready on place ?

In the Roving Squad-Celebration Center, I had to pick two heroes with hammers, so I selected Ginneas and Haelus. From their images both have hammers, but I didn't earn the max rewards.

Hi, I don’t know if this is a bug or a suggestion but in temporal rift, when using auto play and floras dew and the beckoning palace are up auto play choose floras dew. I think auto play should stop when the beckoning place pops up in general. I have max stability and it still chose floras dew.

So I found a small bug inside team bounty quests. When you use autofill to fill your quests it might give you a message saying you don't not have the required heroes for this quest. Go into it and manually choose the heroes, it will then work

Hello, there are a few issues I’ve been having recently. Every item in my mailbox has a “buy” button instead of the usual “confirm” (even mail without items, such as messages from guild members), and clicking it does nothing. I can still collect rewards from Mail by choosing the “collect all” option, but even this doesn’t work for the “signature item supply” items.
When I click on the Merchants tab, I only see a blank screen as seen in the screenshot.
Finally, if I click my profile picture in the top left corner of the game screen, my profile doesn’t open and instead the game simply freezes, so I am unable to do things like obtain verification codes.

About your issue, we suggest you can tap avatar setting- advanced-setting-repair game and restart the game to confirm if you can collect them as normal.
I can’t tap the avatar though, that’s one of the other issues I mentioned, if I tap it, the game freezes.
It looks like the additional resources may not have downloaded completely. We suggest going to the avatar settings, then to advanced settings, and selecting 'repair game' to download the extra resources again.

Not a bug but rather inconsistency. Some stats name aren't shortened or capitalized. Examples: Vitality, Armor, Erosion, Buffer. Every other stat names are correctly shortened.
Ideally, it should be:
Erosion -> ERO
Buffer -> BUF
Armor -> ARMOR
Vitality -> VIT

i want to report that if you use the legendary totem "farewell gift"
your perk card count the mythic lvl up that you gained at the end as a stat you gained during the run so you will only be guaranteed one mythic abilities with the use of farewell gift totem
(one of my lvl up are from the farewell gift totem, the other from custom ability scrolls and the last one was the guaranteed mythic ability)
seems like a really bad interaction between the perk card "guaranteed mythic ability" and the totem "farewell gift"

Whenever I select an ability in ghoulish gallery then hit a section that doesn't include "confirm" or another ability, it presses the "cancel" button instead. It should either confirm or do nothing.

the sparkle fx from one of the heroes' attacks are animating over top of menu interface and screen dim, which ordinarily pauses these animations. if this is not a bug, that's fine, but the behavior seemed unusual and is distracting (which is why i thought it was a bug). here is another example that shows this effect layering over the events screen (particularly visible on top of "New Beast") and event exchange screen.

Temporal Rift
The problem is back when enemies are almost impenetrable to control effects unless you are much much upgraded with Trait Enhancer than them. (It was fixed in the past, but the problem came back after some patch.)
Not sure if it's a bug or a balance mistake, but maybe the scaling of the enemy Tenacity is going too fast, and it really feels wrong compared to other game events.

A minor visual bug or issue. Since 4-faction hero's maximum signature item is lowered to +40, there are some visual oddities. The signature item name is red instead of pearl white even at +40. Also it's impossible to have corner trims on 4F signature item icon. An easy solution could be to lower the thresholds for rarity colour change and corner trims to +30 and +40 respectively.

Being unable to freely swap between Artifacts and Collections makes PvE modes feel awful
For example if you have a Collection on Daemia for CR and TS but you're pushing tower in the meantime, you're gimped because you can't freely switch to the mage book Artifact. Until people start getting super powerful Collections, there are a ton of cases where you want the old Artifacts over a Collection.

One of these should be true:
- Bronn and awakened shemira should receive bonus shield from a hero like Haelus if they have armor.

The shield effect is an increase in the shield value provided by the hero providing the shield; it is useless for awakened shemira to equip this collection, and requires Haelus to wear the shield effect increase in order for it to be boosted.
