I think you’re misunderstanding them both mate. They aren’t being critical of the account in a malicious manner. They aren’t calling the guy dumb for not playing smart, they’re saying objectively that the account is cooked.

I’m not sure how much you know about classic but that account he sent is 100% screwed. He will hit a wall and hit it soon in campaign which is the only game mode he can play because of his subpar invests. They suggest he restarts so he can enjoy different parts of the game and progress. It’s a good suggestion with a lot of logic behind it.

As such, you will be at a competitive disadvantage for game modes that give you rewards based on ranking

IMO competitor gamemode performance, especially early on, are somewhat overrated so you don’t have to restart, but do know that you would be fighting an uphill battle basically entire way if you don’t
