Hey guys, I'm new to the game and I have a question: I looked at the current Reddit guide. It says that you (the 5 heroes pictured) should level and ascend as "fodders." Should these heroes also be in my formation? If not, which heroes should I use?

you level them bc you can make them L+ easily to bypass the lvl cap of E heros. Also reddit guides aren't reliable so u should use the ones in #faq-resources

What mean "Bypass the lvl cap of E Heros" if I lvl the L+ Heros there lvl cap is only 160. This mean All my E Heros are just lvl 160 or not?

E heros can't go past lvl 100

and E+ can't pass 120

L+ heros can go to 160 so you lvl 5 fodder units to 160 so you can keep your actual heros at E+ while you wait for 8 copies of them

ok let me start by clarifiying when i say fodder heros i mean these guys

you don't want to ascend your heros past E+ (besides fodder) unless you have 8 copies of the hero because if you do then maybe you get the hero to L or M+ then stop getting copies bc rng

then you start getting a bunch of copies for another hero, now ur in a spot where you have the copies to ascend a hero but you can't bc u spent all your fodder on someone else

so ur just stuck waiting for more fodder

even if the hero is good don't ascend if you don't have 8 copies

and even then you prob wanna wait till you have the fodder to take them from E+ to A right there

which is 2L+ fodder and 2E+ fodder

Should I Do the Fodder Heros on the resonating crystal? Bcs the Guide says:
"This leads us to figuring out which 5 heroes we want to focus on ascending. We only want to focus on ascending 5 because of the function of the resonating crystal. In this game you level up 5 heroes, and the rest of your heroes follow the level of the lowest level hero in your crystal. There’s also a level limit for only the 5 heroes on the crystal, which is determined by their ascension level as you can see on the image on the right side."

But He dont say what specific Heros He mean.

what you want is to get randle and ivan even if its only E.. those 2 will be ur bread and butter carry
now ascend 2x lightbearer fodder, 1x mauler fodder, 1x wilder fodder, and 2x or 1x fodder graveborn into L+(yellow border)
prioritise ur resources on randle.. he should be 20 lvls higher than the rest

The Reddit guide says you need 10 copies of a fodder hero to get it to L+. I've now had 12 copies of my fodder hero, Silvinia, and it wasn't enough to get her to L+. I'm playing according to the guide, what am I doing wrong?

When exchanging characters in the "Legacy of Experience" event, where I exchanged Anasta of the Mythical ascension level for Eorin of Epic+, all copies of Eorin of the same level were also exchanged.
